@toxicocto
wanted to combine two of my favorite fandoms; please welcome our new neighbors – starters from all gens thus far (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و
also my rowlet is wrecking face right now
there’s honestly nothing worse than an apple that’s not crisp like don’t come near me with that grainy soft shit, that weak ass crunch i’d rather die
this is an anti-red delicious apple blog and if you don’t agree you can block me right now
My therapist is visiting my house this week. She specializes in home-based therapy for mother’s suffering from postpartum depression but who don’t have time in the evenings or don’t have access to daycare or a sitter to go out and see a therapist, so she goes to them instead so they can get help, rather than no help at all.
Then two weeks ago we were discussing how to move forward with my PTSD treatment which we cannot do over video call or texting cause we’re trialing a newish treatment, and she had a brain wave of “oh holy crap you’re disabled!” like lol, yes, we’ve been over this, I have chronic pain and fatigue, “no-no-no, I’ve been thinking about this all wrong! I can come to you! So you don’t have to worsen your physical health to improve your mental health! I can go to lots of people! Not just new moms! Why didn’t I think of this before?!”
So yeah, that’s a thing that is happening this week so I’m slowly tidying up around the chaos of the puppy so we’ll have a room for it. And I guess we’ll see how it goes.
The only real concern I have is: what do I do with all the sexually explicit skeleton statues tumblr keeps sending me??? 😂
A trifecta of gold under a perfect number of notes.
sometimes my genderfluidity be like
tho most of the time it’s
also kinda covers every aspect of myself, not just gender
I am cis, and this is extremely valid and helped me understand. Thanks and I love you
you’re welcome, I love you too^^
and remember
wow this post really blew up, huh? I’m happy to know so many ppl can relate to this^^
Look how sad he is
We did it, white people found a way to be racist with dogs
I hope Avengers sometimes go to Strange like “I need your help” and he’s like “What’s wrong? Skrulls? Hydra?” and they’re like “I’m congested and it hurts when I swallow.”
You think they ever approach Vision in a similar manner to complain about how the wi-fi router keeps kicking them off the network?
Well, NOW I do.
Peter Parker calls Steve Rogers at midnight and he shows up at Aunt May’s in full uniform, shield at the ready. “You said something about Nazis? Let’s go.”
And Peter’s standing in the doorway in pajamas and like, pikachu slippers, and he’s like, “The AP history test is tomorrow. I need you to tell me everything you know.”
Facebook is launching a Patreon-like “Fan Subscription” thing and it’s got red flags all over it already.
One part of the terms is that they get a lifelong, transferable license for your content, which persists even if you stop using their service. They can transfer or sub-license it to third parties, and you can’t stop them, because you agree to that when you sign up.
Another is that once they start taking a cut, which they will once this launches officially, they can take up to 30%. For comparison, Patreon takes 5%. So you sign up, you post content, they raise the fee, you decide it’s no longer worth it and stop using it… and they get to keep using your content anyway.
You can read more about it here. But basically, the takeaway seems to be that this is another example of Facebook trying to make their own version of a good thing, and turn it into a worse thing, and sell it to you as the best thing ever. Don’t buy it. Please, please, do your research before you sign up for anything.
