'do you think i look alright... ?' self conciously do they push some stray raven hairs behind their ear, staring at their feet. it's a simplistic dress, of a most pale blue color - strangely matching with their pale skin & dull eyes. 'shinamonokuma isn't really the bear - st with fashion, & im so used to that suit... are you sure i'm not too ugly for this... ? it's so pretty, & im so... well... '
❝DON'T FINISH THAT THOUGHT, Shinamonokuma!! You are PERFECT, no matter what anyone says, always remember that!!❞
Her abrupt interruption of the other's sentence was as a means for the both of them to not think. It pained them both to think about Shinamonokuma. For Shina, it was nothing but a tyrade of self-hatred, inflicted upon them by people they had no choice but to listen to. The toxicologist knew this, but...did her own words fall on deaf ears because they were shallow? Did Shinamonokuma think that she didn't mean what she said to them? Fine. She'd say them a hundred or a thousand more times, just so long as she could be selfish and see their beautiful smile. That's one of the reasons she fell in love with them. They smiled so beautifully...Her hands gently reached their face, holding them softly so they could look into her eyes. The dress they wore, complimented their eyes, just as she anticipated. The sight itself was enough to make her melt then and there, how did she get this lucky? She'd have to ask that after they were comfortable in the dress. Standing on her tiptoes, she placed a gentle peck to their cheek, pulling away with a smile forming in place of the disapproving look before. As long as she could breathe air, they would not by any means, be able to believe the lies that they were told by their demons.
❝SHINA-KUN, you are absolutely lovely in whatever you wear. That's because you ARE beautiful, inside and out. Never, ever FORGET that.❞
