I'm honestly proud that my home state- known for being in the bottom 5 in the nation for education, and for being pretty much up Tr*mp's butt (out governor invited him to hold a freaking rally in the midst of a freaking pandemic ffs)- elected a non-binary individual to it's state senate. I will be following their career with great interest.
