Feminism actually does also consider the ways that men suffer under patriarchy because feminism correctly points out that men must first dehumanize themselves in order to oppress women, but it would be wrong to say that this self-dehumanization is somehow worse than oppression, because it's ultimately done in exchange for power. For a man to no longer suffer under patriarchy, he must find true solidarity with women, and replace his patriarchal worldview with a humanist one.
