trying to get my hair to the colour scheme seen below. I dyed it navy blue a few weeks ago using manic panic(left) and bleached it earlier today (right) im not happy with the results tbh.

I wanna get it to platinum before putting pastels in it, but i need the blue dye to fade. I tried removing it with shampoo & baking soda but that just dried my hair out :(

if anyone more experienced with pastels wants to give me any tips, that would be lovely ^_^ (i use manic panic and dont wanna waste. does just adding conditioner work??)
