Gardening has taught me that you have to water things to make them grow.

It sounds obvious, right?

How will plants grow without water?

How will anything grow without water?

I didn’t realize that I wasn’t watering things in my life and was disappointed when they weren’t growing.

The last few years I was being planted

I felt confined, dark and lonely.

I was buried in dirt, I felt like dirt.

The last few months I began to water my seeds,

Putting time and effort into curating my crafts.

I can feel myself growing budding and becoming. 🌱
