I’m training for a Half Marathon
It’s been awhile since i’ve been on here. But I wanted to document my journey for these upcoming 4 months.
Last I was on here in 2020, my current weight was 135lbs and my highest weight was 152lbs.
I’m currently 159lbs and my highest weight was 167lbs. It’s been a big struggle for the last few years. I gave up on working out and pretty much ate away my frustrations.
Well. Im getting married this year AND I signed up for a half marathon on May 7th so I’m thinking this will def give me the push I need to stick to routines and have something to look foward to to keep up a healthy lifestyle.
I plan on starting my running training after the New Year but in the mean time i’m working out everyday to get my body prepared! Im excited :)
