well, this was a fine mess. the kids were off putting their plan into motion, but... well, they take a long time - they can't just float around, and the queen's manor is very .................... vertical. very, very, almost obnoxiously, vertical. all he just wanted to do was keep an eye on noelle for them. not like he can do much, anyways, but - in an emergency, he should be able to help. things always seem a little funny at this point in his sight, so he can never be too safe. at the very least - good. noelle's just alone in the room, not doing much. this is fine. if... a bit boring. and - blue. the manor is very blue. noelle's room is very, very blue and he thinks he should try adding some warmth to it. is there a lamp - ? ... no, there is not. but - he's light itself, maybe he can just ...

ah, there. it's not huge or anything, but he's able to at least make his hands glow a little to combat the hues of the cyber world ; hopefully this makes her a little more at ease overall, since she can't see the source of the light. .................... right ?

Noelle doesn't have a clue what's happening. Sure, she's been going with these shenanigans since the beginning, but she didn't have a chance to really process anything that's happened until now. And until now, she hasn't been able to think about how strange it all is! She's never worn this outfit before, she's never been to a city like this before in her life, and why is this Queen person even like that?

I mean sure, it's been nice to see Susie around when the other girl hasn't given her the time of day before, but... There's no way this could be real, right? Even if this is the most fun she's had in years despite the pitfalls? If it's the most she's been able to talk about the past? If, surprisingly, it's the most she's been doted on in a while?

Augh there's just... So much to think about! So much that she can't even understand the half of!

And this room... Sure it gives off a good view of the city below but. It's so dim, so lonely... How long will she be stuck here? Will it be until the thing with the robot face (that she's still hoping was actually an elaborate joke)?

Just as she thought about it... A light! One that contrasts heavily with the deep blues all around her, yellow and warm and full of life. She didn't remember turning a switch on, so where did it come from? Noelle looks around for a moment, mainly around this new source and... There's someone else there too. Hard to see, especially with the glow emanating from their hands, but she can see the outline of someone there, making it all appear... She hasn't seen them before, and they look so out of place amongst the rest of this cybernetic land...

Maybe they're here to help? Even if they're not, with how Queen has been acting, she doesn't want Noelle dead. She'd step in if something was wrong here, so there's less risk in speaking.

That and... This figure, she can't place it, but it almost looks familiar. Like a childhood memory, dipped in brainfog and nostalgia but persisting nonetheless.

"H...Hello? How did you get up here?" She asks, looking directly at Lairus, so there's no mistake of her having noticed...

As Ortho tends to steer clear of lightning (and by extension electric types), Rotom is the only Pokemon of that type to be on his team due to how it tends to stay in other electronics anyways. The other Pokemon on his team have a bit more of a spooky sort of vibe to them generally, considering he grew up in TWST Hell so I mean. Yeahhh, it's what he's most used to.

Silver's team, I decided would be a mix of woodland creatures he ends up befriending, and those that would help him with his training. Obligatory sparkle unicorn because Silver is Just That Guy.

I mean. The first one here is obvious. It's Poro. Because I think Kotomo deserves her freaking dog back as a TREAT. Centiskorch is based on some rp stuff with her taking in the Centipede Spirit after Midnight Shadows because being stuck at its old shrine just seemed like it sucked. Indeedee however, is a Pokemon that helps her both with guiding through life after completely losing her depth perception, as well as helping her in her nightly walks through town.

A lot of Tori's Pokemon to me are a lot more symbolic than anything. A lot of ghost types because of her later work in helping other spirits pass on. Volcarona is a little nod to her transformation later into having more butterfly-type features. And Absol with it's ability to detect disasters helps with preventing tragedies and suffering before they happen. She's definitely something of a battler, at least she would call herself one!

The first three Pokemon are actually some that help him with gardening! (Bees are pollinators, spiders help with unwanted insects, and Floette's pokedex entries can help with reviving dead flowers). Lilligant is his partner Pokemon however, and one he's had for a long time.

I honestly think that Cotton Cookie isn't so much a Pokemon Trainer as she would be someone who mainly works and battles as a hobby. She has more than one Mareep, honestly, but the other three are more to help with her work with Mareep as a whole!
