FAST is a Dubai-based strength and conditioning performance center for amateur and professional athletes. We offer private & semi-private coaching, athletic therapy, nutritional consultation and group classes like Strongman, Power Yoga, and Olympic Lifting. Our coaches are all former competitive athletes and hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Kinesiology, Strength and Conditioning or Sports Rehabilitation.
