Garden State (2004) dir. Zach Braff
i love when girls get all affectionate and needy when they're sleepy. cutest thing ever
im obsessed w physical closeness, romantically….not even sexually just if u date me it’s all hugging all the time we are gonna lay in bed and im gonna cuddle w u, we will stand in the kitchen and i will stand hip to hip w u, u will sit on the couch and i will stroke your hair and kiss your forehead….it’s so intoxicating as a concept
YOU WANNA GO to my room to kiss and stuff??
i just want to hold your hand and do the little thumb thingy really badly
That strange feeling of longing when you are at a train station, in a 24/7 open market, when you are buying a coke from a vending machine, watching the city lights glow from your window, when you're walking aimlessly on a busy street after 5 pm, that feeling as if something is missing in your life and it will never come back although it was never there in the first place; that inexplicable urban sadness.
““You are a language I want to moan in.””
— Lora Mathis, excerpt of Primal Desire (via lesgardenias)
Grimes is what happens when you do acid The Wrong Way and it’s just solidifies all your pre-existing beliefs in your own superiority and exceptionality. I’ve seen it happen with basically any psychedelic, unless you have a very intense and humbling experience or you have people or the prior education to help you process what just happened it can lead directly to this kinda faux-spiritual sense of superiority in which you believe that you’ve found the “truth” and that everybody who thinks you’re acting like an idiot is actually just an unelightened pleb. Like I know a guy who did ayahuasca ONCE and just became the most insufferable asshole for like 4 years
