quietly comes out of the ground behind louie with f u l l intent of scaring him >:3c
Even if the Shadow Siren wasn’t capable of literally hiding in the shadows, Vivian wouldn’t have had much trouble sneaking up on Louie. The ship’s one and only crew member was too busy throwing together a light dinner–nothing too complicated, just a simple maple-garlic marinated Bulborb tenderloin with a side of roasted Scornets, along with five or so other courses–and absentmindedly humming along with a song playing on the radio to notice her presence. The purple Pikmin serving as his cooking assistant was a little more attentive, though. It watched as the newcomer appeared out of the ground, and tilted its head. “Nn?”Odd, Louie thought. That purple Pikmin usually only made noise when someone entered the kitchen. Louie would have heard if anyone had walked in; he’d learned his lesson the last time he was playing music and cooking at the same time, and the radio’s volume was kept low enough to prevent another situation like that from happening ever again. The little guy could’ve just been greeting a fellow Pikmin. That made sense. But, the more time passed, the more curious Louie became. He slooooowly turned around––and immediately dropped everything he was doing the second he saw Vivian towering over him. No questions were asked about who she was or how she got in; Louie just scrambled out of the kitchen as quickly as his legs could carry him instead, shouting to someone named Olimar about a “Purple, uh–Witch Thing.”
The abandoned Pikmin simply raised its hand up to its chin, Weh’d quietly to itself, and turned to offer the pink-haired guest a roasted Scornet. Hey, maybe she was hungry.“Ah-ee?”
