Trans Partnering

So often when people are discussing partnering in the context of our community the focus is on helping cis partners of trans folk try to understand how best to support us. This blog is an attempt to change the conversation and focus it on our experiences, hopes, fears and desires. When we refer to partnering we are referring to not only what are considered "conventional" romantic relationships, but also polyamorous relationships, qp relationships, and anything else that you feel is a form of partnering. We welcome and encourage all trans folks to submit advice, stories, pictures, and anything else you'd like related to the topic.

I just came out to my partner yesterday. I already had come out to them as pansexual years ago and that went well. I was still nervous though to tell them I was non-binary. But it went amazingly and they replied "You don't mind we're both non-binary do you?" I cried I was so happy. We both support each other and I'm so excited to have them as my partner!
