Not a Mari Plan (I was kinda looking forward to a Marinette Plan lol, but just sad girl hours) but the Core 4 drama was fun (I love mess).

ALSO! Adrien figuring out the supervillain thing - super proud of my boy! If you really think about it, the Akuma fight was the Chopped Trio (is that what people are calling them?) wreaking havoc, Adrien figuring it out (“Lucky Charm!”) and then defeating Hearfixer with the knowledge. So kind of our standard episode structure but with some tweaks.

Overall, a little underwhelming (when I saw the timestamp of the Akumatization I thought it might be a surprise two parter for a sec), but generally enjoyable and might set up for some interesting Chrysalis-Ladybug-Marinette tension later on.

As we're approaching Heartfixer (01/04) I'm curious about people's thoughts regarding Marinette's akumatization so:

Just to explain the options:

Yes, and we are so cooked is pretty self-explanatory (no twist, just pure Marinette sadness).

Marinette Plan TM are both cases in which Marinette has set up the situation as a plan to fool (?) Chrysalis - we know that she is capable of elaborate ruses from episodes like "Kwami Buster", "Destruction" and "Confrontation".

Cerise Plan TM would be a scenario in which Cerise wants to make it seem like Marinette has been akumatized.

I just saw an instagram reel which was like

…and, well, I opened the comments and they were talking about Emily in Paris (it was in another language so Emily and Emilie are spelled the same)

Which led me to think… Emily in Paris secret Gabrimilie prequel conspiracy (I have not watched the show)
