Do try to not godmode. I can understand it can be pretty difficult when you have a legitimately over-powered character, but even gods hold back when interacting with mortals.

I apologize for taking so long to do the things I say I want/am going to do. I am a very tired and easily distracted lady. I also just... Zone out because my brain kinda needs a hand keeping focused, which I don't have since I live alone with a cat. ;w;
A note about Excalibur, the Arceus of my main verse: he is slightly self aware. Not that he is a roleplay side character, but that there's others above him influencing everything from a higher reality.
I mean... He still calls us roleplayers "The Writers", but that's beside the point.
Izanami slowly walked over to the bed, sitting at the other end. "Oh, Don't worry. I'm not in a particular rush to kick you out. After all, I love having a little company around."
She was spending the time analyzing him, trying to get a feeling for his wellbeing and his mental state at the moment. It wouldn't be nice of her if she prioritized her carnal desires over his safety.
"As for myself, I would prefer to be called Izanami. Consider this a... very casual meeting between us, if that's alright with you." She munched on one of her cookies before offering one. "Would you like a cookie, Katsuya? I baked them myself. They're chocolate chip."
"Izanami, huh?" Kats nodded, sniffing the air and smirking. "They smell pretty fresh." He attempted to sit up, only for the dizzy feeling to hit and flatten him out again. "Ah, still gotta wait for my brain to catch up. Portal travel does that to me."
Kats sighed, laying there, turning his head to Izanami. "Yeah. A cookie sounds nice."
"Oh! Do be careful." She quickly moved to make sure that he was stable on the bed after he flattened himself. "You shouldn't feel the need to rush, friend. Just take your time and allow your senses to return and your body to heal."
She scooted a little closer as she took out a cookie to offer it to him. "A friend of mine has a hobby in baking. said that the joy from it is unmatched. I must say, I definitely understand the sentiment now that I have started doing so again. It is quite the stress reliever."
Beat. "So, Katsuya, are you and your Arceus or you and your Hoopa close, or were you given a mandate for your purpose to show here? From the sounds of things, it seems that this is not your first time appearing in a Hall of Origin or being transported by Hoopa."
"As far as I'm aware, my Arceus, Excalibur, has a plan for me, but he's not telling me the full deal." Kats replied, raising a shaky hand to attempt to accept the cookie only to set his hand back down. "And last time I was at the Hall of Origin, it was more of an out of body thing..."
Now that he thought about it, he remembered Hoopa looking hesitant to make that previous portal, even warned it'd be a bit rough for him. Kats figured it was because he was getting sent to a desert or tropical rainforest,but the divine realm WOULD be rough for the mortal body.
At least it wasn't harsh enough to make it hard to breathe.
Random thought: a universe where the local incarnation of Kats is Arceus would just be the DragonBall multiverse mushed together and repainted with pokemon.
Kats is currently cooking mushroom broth. Specifically, he's trying to figure out how to make it creamy without dairy and still taste right. Just in case his kids wind up lactose intolerant like Auntie Iris.
He's got different sets of ingredients that he's going to add to separate bowls to test.
Ok, I’m not a big fan of these kinds of posts, but lately, I’m becoming more and more disheartened so I need to know if you’re out there.

I’m talking about those muses who are perhaps elderly, who are married/taken and not liable to affairs, muses who are asexual/aromantic, or even just muses whose muns don’t really want to ship.
While I’m always happy that anyone would want to write with me, sadly, over time I have realised that my older/married/ace muses are very rarely (virtually never) requested. So please share this on your blog so that people know they can throw their muses at you who are not going to wind up in ships or with smut threads.
Reminder that Kats is, in fact, a dad. No, he is currently unaware of Gianna, but there are a couple timelines of him being a stepdad (some are just in planning, shhh).
Kats does suffer from imposter syndrome sometimes. With how long ago his achievements were (and the amount of head trauma he's had over the years), he sometimes can't really tell if he actually did what he's done or just imagined it.
In the timeline where he marries Iris' cousin, he sets up a new ranch in the Andiiles around the outskirts of Lumigita. On said ranch, he has a small flock/swarm or aculeus flitting about. Most of them are wild and just doing the closest thing an aculeus does to chilling, but a couple of them have actually been properly battle trained by Kats and sit atop their pecking order.
The swarm is mostly tolerated because they're like living security drones. Also, trying to get rid of them is a colossal pain in the neck.
