1.) EPIC: The Musical - Seriously, this is an in progress musical about the Odyssey and it is incredible so far. Please check it out when you have the time.

2.) Romance Club - I don't play as often as I used to, but it's always great when I come back.

3.) Multiple web comics/manhwas such as Castle Swimmer, The Villainess is a Marionette, Men of The Harem, The Remarries Empress, I Was The Final Boss, etc...

4.) The Sims - I may not like where the series as a whole is headed right now but do not get me started on TS2 and 3. Those are incredible games and I love them with all my heart. I like 4, too, but compared to the others, it just feels hollow.

5.) Music. No genre in particular, just music in general. I love it and spend pretty much all day listening to it.

Honestly, no real shade, but I find it absolutely astounding that some of y'all still continue to read/pay for choices - especially considering that they let go all of their OG staff, are now clearly leaning into AI art, the new MCs that they got have short arms, and aren't even bothering to fix simple coding mistakes in their games💀

It definitely feels like they're damn near close to going under. It feels like a dying project. It doesn't matter that they got future books planned, I'm sure Storyloom did too 🫢

online communities are so strange because people slip away so easily. you can be on here for years, folding people you've never met into the fabric of your daily life, and then they disappear, leaving only ghost posts scattered across tumblr behind. or their blog stays dormant, for weeks, months, years, until you're only still following them because you remember that they love sunflowers or they were kind to you when they didn't have to be or the last thing they posted was sad and raw and you still worry about them sometimes.

and sometimes they come back when you least expect it, years later, even, and there's this sudden rush of relief like there you are, there you are, even though you barely knew each other.

there's a strange kind of love to it. i don't know you and i want to hold your hand across miles and time zones and oceans. i can still see the imprint of you in this community you left. you don't think anyone will notice or care when you're gone, but we notice and we care and we wish you well.
