An antique bell jar looks also nice with our woodtype letters!
Some more antique menu-cards with gold relief and beautiful typography.
Antique menu cards (Dated 1877, 1883) with amazing typography and fine gold details.
Next week we'll post some more...
Take a look at this 1953 issue of “Libelle” while I turn the pages...
I couldn't resist when I found this very old issue of "Libelle" on a flea market a few weeks ago. It's number 15, from april 1953. I love the vintage drawings and beautiful advertisements. Check the video I will post later!
The vintage drawer in our design studio is perfect to show all our work! We've just finished arranging our cards and it looks neat!
We found these books on a holiday through the Czech Republic and just couldn't resist the beautiful graphics on the cover. The books have different dates, varying form the 60's till the late 80's.
We looooove the graphics on these vintage music magazines. They were printed in 1948 by Edward B. Marks Music Corp. New York (For Belgium: World Music Co. Brussels) and contain song lyrics and music scores. SONGS: Take the A train by Billy Strayhorn, as created by Duke Ellington and his famous orchestra, Paper doll by Johnny S. Black, featured by Lena Horne in the MGM picture: "Two girls and a sailor".
Cool vintage stamps with bikes and cars.... love the artwork!

Ludlow Typefaces - Edition D, 1958 (?)
Maroon cover. 253 pp. This is edition D, registered copy D-0030. It is missing the sheet with pp. 104-105.In fact, pp. 103 and 106 are recto and verso of the same sheet. So pp. 104-105 either never existed or were eliminated at some point during the print run.
Publisher: Ludlow Typograph Company, Chicago 14, Illinois
Seventies platenhoes - Design: Gravure Universelle Triumph Records serie POP Music distribution by Polydor Imprimé en France
Ook in 2012 is boekdruk nog springlevend! Bij Polyprint drukken we op de “good old-fashioned way” in letterpress, met mooie antieke gietijzeren persen, de mooiste papierkwaliteiten, tijd, geduld, perfectie en heel veel liefde. Dat maakt nu net onze drukkerij zó uniek.
