Jersey Devil PSX/PS1 can be said as Crash Bandicoot’s Halloween version. Too bad he is notorious for its difficulty among other similar gameplay.

He is one of the mascots with attitude when PlayStation reached its golden age of console gaming. If you know Crash Bandicoot or Spyro etc., at least you heard this guy somewhere.
