"Trying To Get To The F Train With Tears In Your Eyes"
I took this with my Olympus Zoom on Flic Film 400 (Aurora) 35 mm film. It was night time and rainy, and I knew the image would probably come out a bit blurry, but the specific effect reminds me a lot of what it looks like to walk around the city in tears. Everything's a little blurry and disoriented. To me this picture captures the essence of trying to navigate home after an awful phone call, conversation, or day. That feeling of deep sadness and confusion and just wanting to get home.
