Xenocat squishy from @xenocatartifacts (NSFW)
Got a custom amethyst xenocat from them them for 5$ on etsy (they also sell NSFW stuff), you can also keep up with them here on tumblr.
Crazy Aron’s thinking putty review!
Short review since its basically premium silly putty, I got mine at Target for about 10$ usd.
I forgot to test the glow-in the-dark but if people want I can post make a video of that also think I’m getting more comfortable making these.
So I like dice and think they can be pretty stimmy to look at or play with so I’m going to be doing dice reviews in addition to other stim toys.
I bought some rainbow dice from this company called “die hard dice” they had this neat promotion for pride where instead of a discount they gave 20% of the profits to the Trevor project.
Now die hard dice do not make there own dice (yet) but they do have awesome customer service, I did not have any need to contact them but they did include a hand written note and an entire free set of dice (the solid colored set).
All of the plastic dice are free of bubbles and the rainbow set looks amazing especially when back lit (please forgive my terrible lighting).
Now the metal die (flame polished chrome plated pewter) is nice and heavy, it does have minor surface anomalies due to being hand polished but it rolls well enough for d&d and looks amazing.
12$ usd for the rainbow set 7.50$ usd for the solid colored set (I got them for free), and 7.95$ usd for the metal d20 with free shipping at 15$ usd https://www.dieharddice.com/shop/Rainbow-c23868224
Going to start this blog off with my first bar spinner the Spinetic DNA I in copper!
The DNA I is part of Spinetic’s in house DNA line and is an upgrade to Spinetic’s classic I spinner trading the minimalist raised weights for a fancier inverted design that shifts mass outward by removing material closer to the center of mass.
It also comes with two bearings a hybrid ceramic bearing (longer spins) and a preinstalled FZ SBV2 (smooth/quiet), two sets of grips (one with logo one without) and a bearing removal tool.
One of the best things about Spinetic is the inexpensive finish options for example my DNA I here has both the hammered flats and acid wash options which give it a dark soft textured finish as contrasted with the spare grips which were not treated.
My DNA I is copper which is the heaviest metal splenetic currently offers it in meaning it takes a little more energy to get going but it has a fair amount of energy once you do meaning it will spin for a while with a good flick,
Since this is a bar spinner spinning it one handed is just a tiny bit trickier then with a tri spinner but the appeal of them is supposedly stronger feed back and I have noticed that I get this buffeting effect when I tilt it of axis while spinning it.
