Can I just add as someone coming from a certain fandom supernatural, like a lot of other people I’m sure, this would never have happened. The cast and crew of Hannibal don’t, and haven’t, mocked people for shipping characters, whether it’s m/m or f/f or m/f etc. The cast and crew haven’t mocked the fans for writing fanfiction or creating fanart, nor have they mocked these creations themselves. Instead they have celebrated them, and they go on and on about how creative and beautiful these aspects of the fandom are. The fans aren’t depicted as being “rabid” or solely horny for the male cast, rather they’re depicted as creative, talented, intelligent, critical, and friendly people. The Hannibal cast/crew are aware that their main audience, or at least the most vocal fans, are young women. They, particularly the main writer and show-runner, Bryan Fuller, are aware of this and have celebrated this as well.
You would never see something like this in supernatural certain fandoms, and I think we as fans of the show are very lucky.

I’m so annoyed because of one of my coworkers. I was so mad earlier. Now I’m just too exhausted to be mad. I’ve always liked him and gotten along with him, but lately it’s just been so exhausting interacting with him. He was such a dick to me today. Constantly dogging and hounding me about small, unnecessary shit the entire shift. Aside from being sick right now and feeling like crap and already being tired, like his bs was too much. And then he treats me like I’m an idiot that doesn’t know anything. Earlier he interrupted me when I was talking with a customer and took over omg I was so mad. I try my hardest to be a good worker. I’m sure everyone who knows us would agree that he’s probably a better worker and is this ‘amazing genius’ etc. etc., but I do my best and I do the work as efficiently as I can and his unnecessary bullshit was too much today.

Okay, I really need to know where his birthday was found,because I’ve searched for it and I couldn’t find it.
I think the OP just made a mistake, and it was probably too late to fix it. If Will was born in 1989, then he’d be 26 right now which is way too young. On the Hannibal (TV version) Wiki page it says he’s 34, and Hugh was born in 1975 which makes him 40.

To anyone that hasn’t had their first kiss yet, or has never been asked out on a date, or asked anyone on a date, or hasn’t had a significant other yet: please don’t worry about reaching an age and not checking these things off. There’s nothing wrong with being 20 and not having been kissed. There’s nothing wrong with starting college never having had a boyfriend/girlfriend/romantic partner. You aren’t weird or an outcast because you haven’t been on a date by a socially constructed time frame.
