BILLIE EILISH DESIGNS TONAL AIR JORDAN 15

Following the musician’s big Met Gala moment, images of Billie Eilish‘s collaborative Air Jordan 15 have now surfaced.

The silhouette — which Tinker Hatfield has dubbed his “worst Air Jordan design” in the past — comes in a tonal look with minimal detailing. Dressed in a muted tan shade, the design highlights the overall construction of the shoe. Tonal stitches run along the sides with the Jumpman logo appearing on the rear and the ankle. The heel is adorned with “23 – 6 – 15” branding, referencing Michael Jordan‘s jersey number, the NBA championships and the AJ15. Celebrating the partnership, Eilish’s name is printed on the footbed, accompanying the Blōhsh logo on the tongue.

Jordan Brand has yet to announce an official release date, but we’re expecting the Billie Eilish x Air Jordan 15 to drop in the coming weeks.

Official Images Of The Air Jordan 14 Low “Lipstick”

Jordan Brand has been combining women’s focused colorways with an extra layer of storytelling to its releases, adding even more dimension to the brand’s efforts to further appeal to the lady sneakerheads. This upcoming Air Jordan 14 Low draws perhaps the firmest of lines with its backstory as this sultry black/red colorway is actually inspired by lipsticks and cosmetic necessities that women rely on for a night out on the town. While the exterior covers that heritage Chicago Bulls look with a black/red colorway and sporty speckling on the midsole, the insole could detract male interest as it features a pattern of red lips on the left insole. It’s quite the clever placement, however, considering that design detail is invisible to the eye when worn on the streets.

The full suede exterior also tugs on some nostalgic strings as the original 14 Lows (the Laney and Ginger) also opted for this same material, but it is indeed that dotted speckle pattern on the Ferrari-inspired chassis that provides some new life to the scarce model. The choice of black/red will certainly be strong enough to attract all as these evoke a bit of that “Last Shot” look that has carried the Air Jordan 14 legacy since 1998.

'Ginger' Air Jordan 14 Is Reportedly Returning as a Mid-Top

In addition to the rumored return of the classic “Fire Red” Air Jordan 3, a popular OG colorway of the Air Jordan 14 is reportedly making a comeback next year.

Per @zSneakerheadz, the “Ginger” Air Jordan 14 makeup from 1999 will return to sneaker stores in Fall 2022. For the forthcoming retro, the style will be available in the form of a mid-top instead of the low-cut version of the model. The mock-up photo shared by the aforementioned account shows that the upper dons a two-tone upper including a white toebox while light brown nubuck appears on the midfoot and heel. Additional details include red accents on the tongue and by the ankle collar, a black shank plate on the midsole and a matching outsole.

As of now, the “Ginger” Air Jordan 14 is slated to release sometime in September 2022 for $200. Keep it locked to Sole Collector for official updates in the coming months.

"BERRY" HUES TAKE OVER THE LATEST AIR JORDAN 1

Following a pumpkin spice-colored Nike Air Force 1 GORE-TEX “Light Curry,” the performance textile returns to another classic silhouette.

The Air Jordan 1 Element GORE-TEX “Berry” comes ready to battle the elements with the waterproof fabrication joining nubuck leather on the shoe’s upper.

A soft purple hue covers the overlays, contrasted by a lilac toe box and side panels. Black lands on the tongue, laces and collar while a splash of red pops on the tongue tag. Other design details include 3M Swooshes and a two-tone black and lilac outsole.

The Air Jordan 1 Element GORE-TEX “Berry” is set to release some time this spring with a retail price of $200 USD.

Take an Official Look at the Air Jordan 6 "UNC"

Following a first look last year, we now have an official look at the Air Jordan 6 “UNC.” The upcoming release continues Jordan Brand’s ongoing celebrations of Michael Jordan’s alma mater, the University of North Carolina.

Centered around the school’s colors of “University Blue/White/College Navy/Black,” the Air Jordan 6 “UNC” features a light blue nubuck upper bases accented by white leather overlays and navy detailing. Branding comes in the form of Jumpman motifs on the lace toggles and tongues, “AIR JORDAN” on the translucent tongue tags and woven tags at the rear. Elevating the shoe are white/black Air-assisted midsoles paired with translucent blue rubber outsole segments.

Priced at $210 USD, the Air Jordan 6 “UNC” is now set to release March 5 in a full family size run.

Nike has given us confirmation that the Air Jordan 1 High OG Bred Patent will be releasing at the end of the month as the sneaker has been uploaded to the Nike SNKRS calendar. This Air Jordan 1 is essentially identical to the OG Bred colorway but instead of coming with a traditional full grain leather upper, Jordan Brans has covered the iconic colorway in a glossy patent leather for some added flair. Additional details on this pair include “Family” embroidered on the inner liner as well as a glossy red Jumpman hangtag.
