Indulge your summer with liquor-infused popsicles! Perfect for friend's next BBQ or to have in the freezer for hot summer nights.
What you need: 3/4 cup of water, 3/4 cup of sugar, handful of raspberries, 2 limes, handful of strawberries, 1 banana, 1 cup of Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila, 1/3 cup of Tres Agaves Organic Margarita Mix, 2/3 cup of Tres Agaves Organic Strawberry Margarita Mix, and 2 tbsp. cherry juice.
Directions: In a small sauce-pan mix water and sugar. Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar, and boil 60 seconds. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Set syrup aside.
Red Berry: Mix 1/3 of Tres Agaves Blanco and 1/3 of Tres Agaves Organic Strawberry Margarita Mix together. Add in 1/3 of the syrup. Divide 1/2 mixture between 6-8 popsicle molds. Add in a few raspberries and a few strawberry halves amongst the popsicle molds. Pour in the rest of the liquid mixture into the popsicle molds.
Cherry Lime: Mix 1/3 of Tres Agaves Blanco, 1/3 of Tres Agaves Organic Margarita Mix together, and 2 tbsp of cherry juice together. Add in 1/3 of the syrup. Divide 1/2 mixture between 6-8 popsicle molds. Add in 1 thin lime slice to each popsicle mold. Divide the rest of the liquid mixture amongst the popsicle molds.
Strawberry Banana: Mix 1/3 of Tres Agaves Blanco and 1/3 of Tres Agaves Organic Strawberry Margarita Mix together. Add in 1/3 of the syrup. Divide 1/2 mixture between 6-8 popsicle molds. Add in a few banana slices and a few strawberry halves amongst the popsicle molds. Pour in the rest of the liquid mixture into the popsicle molds.
Freeze for 30 minutes before adding sticks–continue to freeze until solid 12-24 hours.
