Say Brudick divorced, who would get custody of Tim? Or who would he choose to be with?
Who got Tim in the divorce?
Bruce
Dick
getting pissy with people who take fan writers and artists for granted

I hate how people downplay carries importance to the bat mythos just because she’s from an elseworld story, her success is absolutely the reason DC hasn’t made Robin a male only mantle
I'm just apparently going to keep hyping Estridae up 😅❤️
Here's the Zombie 'verse comm line art, it's so perfect 🥲 I can't wait to see the render!
Tim rocked the muzzle look first- although temporarily lol

Genuinely absurd that Tim is the leading option for who initiated victim blaming Jason 😭
People actually have zero brain cells. Like, god, I'm trying to be nice with the "misinformed", because I know sometimes people just don't think too hard when someone is good with words and convinces them of something, but there really is no logic to it.
The poll is who initiated victim-blaming Jason
That means who did it first
I don't care how much some people hate Tim over various things, even if I obviously don't agree
Or if you disagree on the line of definition about which parts count as victim-blaming or not victim-blaming
He did not
By any measure
Do that shit first
The first person to mention Jason being reckless / disobeying orders in that context after his death was Bruce right in Death in the Family
If you want to discount that for being private thoughts (valid), then we move to the conversation between Bruce and Dick in New Titans
And then for some reason if you want to discount that, and only talk about who initiated it in the context of conversation with Tim, then it was still Dick Grayson and not Tim. New Titans #65, which pre-dates literally anything Tim ever said (or hallucinated).
If you want to take a Doylist view of the whole situation and blame the writers rather than the characters, then who you are blaming would be Jim Starlin, Marv Wolfman, Alan Grant and Chuck Dixon. You cannot blame a character in a Doylist way. Saying the world "Doylist" does not suddenly make that argument work. If you don't want to blame someone in-universe for any reason then the option on the poll that is for you is "see results".
Jim Starlin, btw, who actually started this from a narrative framing point of view, hated Robin and absolutely did NOT want a replacement Robin, he wanted Robin gone permanently. It had nothing to do with Tim at all. His concept didn't even exist yet. And Tim's entire existence is anti-Starlin. If you want to go "there shouldn't have been any Robin after Jason", that is, in fact, exactly what he wanted out of it.
And if you want to blame who actually created Tim (Marv Wolfman), for the angle on it that was specifically for justifying a new Robin narratively, it still doesn't translate to saying Tim initiated it. Because it was still Bruce and Dick first.
You cannot maintain that what was said about Jason was ooc coming from Bruce and Dick but that Tim still did it. Because he didn't know Jason, he was literally given that idea by someone, and he would have had to be given that idea by someone logically. He was not told by God, and if Bruce and Dick didn't already feel that way, he wouldn't have been able to convince them, and if he could, that would not reflect any better on them. Therefore, if you "remove" what Dick said to Tim, you also have to remove everything Tim said or thought along those lines as a consequence. It's cause and effect.
There is absolutely no definition of what counts as victim-blaming or not by which you can claim that it was Tim that initiated it. The only way to discount both the conversation between Bruce and Dick and what Dick said directly to Tim would also discount everything Tim said.
And you know what, I will tag this. I'm feeling feisty and I'm sick of people being wrong. If I can correct anyone's thinking, great. If anyone wants to engage with me in bad faith to start a fight, it's a free block list.
Victor was like: “I don’t care if you’ve completely lost your mind and want to shoot me, but not the kid. I’LL SMASH YOUR HEAD IN IF YOU THREATEN THE KID.”

Birdflash In Season 2
Friendly reminder that if Young Justice Birdflash was canon, then season 2 would have had Wally wanting to retire with Dick, the two arguing throughout the season, then Dick finally accepting….
…then Wally dying.
