Kheelan could see everything that was going on with HABIT. Corporeal shells of flesh held no barrier of secrecy to the Autumn Dream Fae who ate and could see auras and wavering colors of the soul⊠and as the more he watched and listened did that innocent boyish façade slip revealing something much much darker and more wickedly mischievous, as well.
âI like your new toy,â he stated at the body he now wore, the very one who had imprisoned him technically. The Wild King was also temporarily sated by the gesture of due respect by the otherdemon; a dangerous glint of the absolute abyss within the makeup of Kheelanâs true form now hiding behind âa boy.â âI think you should play with the hatchling and make him kill the poor sickly boy. The hatchling is impulsive, heâs an easy toy. I want to eat the tears that collect when he finds that heâs been played, again. I like this game. I should get caught more often,â he teased, and yet, there was truth in it, for a Fae could not lie.
Kheelan stood up to watch the otherdemon crawl about the floor around his containment of wards. âI find it amusing that they think they can hold me here⊠but they want a game, Iâll play~. I never lose a game. By the end of this the Dragon King will be my pet forever. He has no idea what he did or his child. Play all you want, HABIT. Dream~.â
He touched over his new skin as if it was some costume he was trying on and trying out.Â
The body suited him well enough. His little toy put up a fun fight, but HABIT always got what he wanted. The two beings standing in corporal form, but barely could hide the darker and twisted intent. To others, they were innocents.
âI donât think that will be much of a problem. As much as I want to devour this sick meat down to his bones, I do like tragedy. The hatchling killing an innocent, not knowing... hmmm no, not knowing until it is far to late to say him.â He runs his fingers through his long silky hair.Â
âItâs funny how easy the hatchling is. Eat the tears... hmm maybe eat this hostâs soul bit by agonizing bit~â HABIT licks his lips.
Inside the witch was struggling still, cursing at the one that had his body. And HABIT cared little for this body as well, given he was overworking it already. âHehe, donât tempt me, I may have to play along as the âcatcher of the Autumn Kingâ and playing the hero when really we are both having a little fun, if you want company. I donât eat souls after all, to soft for my teeth.â He played around, âIâd not really catch you or lock you up anywhere where you canât easily escape, thatâs a promiseâÂ
HABIT grinned madly. âGladly.â Claws becoming fingers again as he traced the barrier one more time, âmore like the dragon Pet.â
