Sooo I just remembered that I might get locked out of this account at anytime because I legit forgot everything. That’s what a long break from tumblr does to you. So I created a new blog to transfer to while I’m ahead: dame-trina

Let my blunder remind yall to remember important things, ugh. I shall be reblogging all current stuff there, and continuing my random One Piece shenanigans there.

The One Piece Haunted House:

-There’s a mixing board, Apoo tries to make a mix, only to realize… the discs are warped

-ASL traverse the halls, only to see a menacing shadow at the end of the hall, who says; “ah, grandsons!”

-the Charlotte family hear the faint calls of “ Wedding Cake” coming in all directions

-Zoro finds the booze rack and goes for a swig only to realize… all of them just have water

-Robin finds a library, and goes to pick up a book, only for the very first page to say: “lorem ipsum”

-Sanji is separated from the ladies of the group

-Luffy takes a bite of meat, only to realize it’s not real meat

-Hawkins ends up trapped in a comedy show room

-Ace finds himself suddenly wearing a shirt he can’t take off

-Katakuri loses sense of time

-Sabo answers a mysterious call, and for some reason, he can’t hang up

-Nami opens a letter stating she has debt

-when Brook tries to play an instrument, its always out of tune no matter what he does

-when Franky tries to do his “super” pose, his arms never align the star right, no matter what he does

-Usopp is chased by Sniper King

-Chopper must escape being used as emergency food

-everytime Law discusses a plan or even says the word, everyone is automatically spawned to the starting point

Sooo… When are we getting our One Piece version of Xenoverse? I want to create my own avatar and interact with the OP world, dammit! How fun would the concept be, with you maybe even able to choose your allegiances, build trust points with your faves, and constantly beat Blackbeard and Akainu’s face in. It’d be fun and therapeutic, and I could attempt to flirt with Ace and Law to my heart’s content.

And of course, special dialogue based on what your avatar wears when talking to them.

I made some interact dialogue for fun:

Law: *sees you wearing a copy of one of his outfits* …Heh, you even have my hat. What are you, some superfan like that strange guy is with the Strawhats?

Ace: *sees you wearing a copy of one of his outfits* Hey, looking good! I’m happy someone appreciates my sense of style!

Zoro: *sees your avatar have a cosmetic of his swords* …Oi, those look just like mine. You’re not like that rooster guy, are you?

Garp: *sees you wearing Luffy’s outfit* Ha, a fan of my grandson, are ya? It seems all the youngsters are, even my own subordinates.

Luffy: *sees you wearing a costume of one of the zombies from Thriller Bark* AH! An old person with serious injuries! Go see Chopper, he can help you right away!

One Piece, but instead of pirates, it’s everyone wanting to be the king of all music, and the crews are divided by genres, and the WG are the record labels stifling break out acts since it goes against their plants in the industry.

Here’s something you probably didn’t think about; who cuts hair in each crew?

Think about it. The majority of guys in OP have short hair or even bangs. You could be out at sea for months at a time, and being a notorious pirate, pretty sure no barber wants to run the risk working on them, either.

So, who cuts hair?

A How-To guide on how to pick the right OP guy for you:

With so many types of guys, it can feel overwhelming. Where do you even begin? How do I simplify what the heart wants? Let’s go over the basics, like:

-On a scale of 1-10, what’s your tolerance for insanity? Depravity? This’ll help separate the good boys from the bad boys.

-What kinds of looks do you usually gravitate to? Is your type leaning more towards pretty boys (Sanji, Canvendish), rugged guys, (Katakuri, Zoro), punkish guys (Bartolomeo, Kid)? I could go on and on since there’s so many, but you get the idea.

-What personality can you see your own meshing best with? If you enjoy your solitude and peace, for example, I wouldn’t suggest a spontaneous loud personality like Luffy’s. Opposites attract, but only when they’re complementary.

-What are you looking for? A more casual affair or something more serious? Something that’ll last a summer, or the rest of your life?

-Does his moral alignment matter to you, and what things are you willing to let slide?

-Would you be cool with his friends/allies, and be on sight with his enemies?

-Is romance important to you, or just a nice bonus if it should happen?

-Is fashion important to you? Is it important to him?

-What kind of voice do you love listening to most?

These are general questions that can help narrow down the huge list of potential contenders. You can just harem it out if you wish I’m pretty sure the majority of us do that-

I hope this helps in whatever you need it for. And remember; there are no wrong answers, nothing is set in stone unless you want it to be, and you can always change your mind if you feel like changing it up.

I have noticed that for the most part, each arc of One Piece kind of has its own theme and aesthetic (ex: Whole Cake being Dark Fantasy/Disney-esque with the songs, themes, etc)

So… What if the Strawhats, sailing through some stranger than usual seas, find themselves actually abducted during the off time by some huge UFO, and when everyone comes to, the one who beamed them up… is actually an alien. The pure horror and fascination from both sides would be funny.

The Strawhats would then, after breaking free from their containment, try to find a way out of the mothership, and the outer space/sci fi theme kicks off, with them even wearing sci fi outfits to better blend in with the OuterWorlders on the Mother Ship. What’s the plan to get out of here? In classic Luffy fashion, he’s going to demand one of them take him to their leader, and kick their ass for abducting them, while at the same time geeking out, because how could he not?

Unlike most arcs, this one wouldn’t require heavy hitting fights so much as trying to navigate a place so foreign, so different from anything they have ever seen, and hurrying to try to find how to get out of there before the mothership takes off back to their home planet.

And, kind of referencing real life a bit, when they tell allies or friends about the strange adventure, no one believes them because aliens aren’t real.

As for the fashion, since the Strawhats always wear certain outfits per arc, I’m thinking metallic looking fabrics, unusual shapes for the clothes, maybe even some visors.

I just love whimsy. ❤️

Luffy would also definitely attempt to recruit an alien for the crew-

Picture this; the Strawhats find themselves stuck in a rigged labyrinth, where finding the exit is impossible, but the game master promises to let them go if just one of them makes it to the exit. Somehow, against all odds, Zoro is the one who wins the rigged game by reaching the exit, something that shouldn’t have been possible, thus freeing the Strawhats.

Any others, writers or otherwise, have like, their own One Piece universe because some things that happened in canon you just don’t agree with or wish to expand/shorten? Curious to see how deep that ocean is
