Garfield wagged his tail happily as he watched her, almost as if waiting for a hand to pat his floppy ears in thanks for his spur of the moment idea. “I hear I’m a great stress retriever.”

    A break sounded nice, but she knew that it was highly unlikely that it would ever happen. When the other phased into a dog and hopped up into her lap, she could stop the grin that spread over her features. And despite her distaste of puns ( given a specific brother of hers how could she not ) she found herself laughing as her hand went to scratch his ear out of habit. “I think you have a good idea there, and I can certainly see why you hear that.”
