hi, i'm tristan. i've been holding off on this post for a while now but it's time to let my voice be heard. for 8-9 years now i've know something about me was "off". i didn't feel like the other girls and i didn't act like the other girls. i pushed it to the back of my head and it slowly began to tear me apart. coming to terms with myself was the hardest thing i've ever had to do. but i pushed through and started to become comfortable with the pronouns he/him and my newly picked name, tristan. i came out to my friends and family nearly 5 months ago and things have been okay. i'm super happy now that i'm out and i'm ready to move forward in my life, living as the person i'm meant to be.
