Theory: Where did Samantha and the original 3 go after moon?

As we all know Edward Richthofen switched bodies with Samantha Maxis after the Moon easter egg. Now that map was the last map that we see the original four players. After Samantha is part of the group it is possible that Richthofen killed Samantha, Dempsey, Nicolai and Takeo using the zombies. After Richthofen takes control of the zombies Nikolai, Dempsey and Takeo launch a series of missiles destroying most of earth so that Richthofen has less power over earth. If Samantha and the three were to survive they would have to leave the moon. It is possible that they teleport back to earth. They may have teleported back in time. Another possibility is that they teleported to earth after the missiles hit and are surviving by them selves. They could be surviving under cover, devising a plan to strip Richthofen of his new powers.
