Just testing. Since I made the last two posts calling tumblr out on their BS I can’t access trotzkopfwrites from my app any more. It’s still accessible via normal browser. I smashed the cache. Still no joy. It might be because I was scrolling through my old posts. Mmmmh.

5. Sam Vimes and Havelock Vetinari end up in an alternative roundworld Victorian London where Sherlock Holmes is real. Since Holmes seems to be the best shot at being able to figure out how to get Sam and Havelock back to their reality, they enlist his help. This is not aided by the fact that Sherlock and Havelock immediately dislike each other while Watson and Vimes just try to stay out of the wind to have a quiet smoke.

The Device has been installed and is powering the new underground railroad, leading to a further expansion of Ankh-Morpork. Alas, the gentry of the Plains is less than thrilled and for once Havelock’s scheming has failed to pacify the situation. Other countries are taking note, too. Power always attracts envy and enemies; the scent of war is in the air. Sam and Havelock are meeting to discuss what can be done to diffuse the threat when Moist bursts into the room, “The golems...they are gone!”
