DON’T FORGET THE INTELLIGENCE REPORTS FOR LIEUTENANT MAKOTO NANAYA, YUP.
There was something ... strange about him, Xion thought. Not that he annoyed her or anything, no. But the girl could sense some sort of ... sadness? or something like that around him. She wasn't sure, however, so she decided not to ask. Maybe she was just nervous and interpreted things wrong. And if there was something, Xion doubted that the blonde would tell her. Not that she minded. It was his decision, and she could relate. Despite seeming cheerfull most of the time, the girl also had alot of things on her shoulders that pinned her down sometimes. And she, also, prefered to keep those kind of things to herself. Also they had just meet, so it was understandable for her if he didn't trusted her.
“You… don’t know what a social experiment means?”
At this question, Xion began to rub the back of her neck. "Uhm ... No. I don't ..." Well, she did know what an experiment was. At least the ones Vexen told her about while she was still part of the organisation. But, she had no idea what an 'social experiment' could be. The girl wasn't even aware that something like that existed before the scientist told her.
"But ... I guess it has something to do with how people will act here? I-I mean, I'm not sure, but if they continue to bring new people here, than it has to be something around these lines. ... That's what I think, at least." A little awkward, the girl looked down.
"Sorry if I'm not helpfull ..."
Quickly looking back up, since she didn't wanted to seem sad and maybe make Ganymede feel uncomfortable because of it, she listened to what the blonde said next.
... 'Seem nice'? That somehow made Xion overthink what she had said earlier. Now that he said it like that ... It made her think if the people she meet so far where really as nice as she thought. After all there was always the chance that they just played nice, and in reality, they are against you and want to harm or use you. ... Like the organisation did.
But she decided to not say anything about that. No need for her to annoy him with her thoughs, right?
"Yeah, most people here do." she said, looking around. "But I am pretty sure that there are also some ... Well, 'not so nice people' here." Xion did know that not everybody in this city could be nice. But, she hoped that the people she'd meet didn't just pretended to be.
Glancing away, the long started to play with a little bit of his hair, trying to collect all his thoughts and piece them together. Everything was like a puzzle and if he didn’t figure this place and what they were doing here soon, he might just lose it. Lowering his head slightly, he doubted his ‘escape’ route would work. No, he had to get his dagger back before doing anything. That was the only thing he cared about at the moment, more than his life. After a while, he finally looked back at Xion, listening to her.
“But … I guess it has something to do with how people will act here? I-I mean, I’m not sure, but if they continue to bring new people here, than it has to be something around these lines. … That’s what I think, at least.”
The prince nodded his head a little before rubbing his neck. She had to be right, that would make a good experiment wouldn’t it? So they were picking people at random and just shoving them here, not caring if they’d miss love ones or not. A faint chuckle escaped Ganymede. Thankfully he no longer had loved ones to worry about. All he had to worry about was certain people coming to this place. In a way, this was freedom but at the same time it wasn’t.
“Sorry if I’m not helpful …”
Slowly he started to frown and then quickly shake his head. Part of him wanted to be harsh and tell her off but saying that but he knew it wouldn’t be wise to do that. Last thing he wanted is to scare away the one person who hadn’t annoyed him. If he did, then soon enough he’d feel regret. Something he had not felt for a long time now.
“Don’t worry about it. You are more helpful then others I’ve talked to.”
Hopefully, for her sake, Xion wouldn’t want to run into any of these ‘not so nice people’. It wasn’t like he cared of anything, it was just he’d hate to see her upset and have to attempt to cheer her up. Then again, if he saw her like that then he could easily just ignore Xion and kept on walking. Somehow that didn’t sit well with him though. Ganymede did hope he wouldn’t have to deal with such people though. If he did, he wouldn’t be very amused and would ignore everyone around him.
“Let’s hope you don’t meet those people.”
a rough day;; [open]
The young man was yelling at her.
No one yelled at her.
No one ever yelled at her!
Tears still falling, she hurriedly stood up almost tripping multiple times and wobbling slightly from her shaking shoulders. Diva glared at the stranger and clenched her fists.
“N-No!! It’s your fault, it’s all your fault— and give me back my shoe you meany!”
She stomped her foot childishly, as if she was having a temper tantrum.
This girl was really starting to get to him. Just watching her made him wonder what happen to humanity the past thousands of years he was gone. Were all woman like this now? He let out a heavy sigh before shooting her another glare. Did she not have any manners? Was she still trying to blame him for this? Really... she was childish and she appeared to be the same age as him, well, before he was kidnapped and trapped in Zeus's Garden.
Really, his headache was getting worse and hearing her cry and whine about this was making it worse. The prince's grip around her shoe got worse. If she wanted it back, she'd have to earn it back. There was no way, after yelling, crying and blaming him would Ganymede be nice and just hand it over. He's mood was just getting worse.
"Would you shut up!?"
She was acting like a spoiled little kid! Like a locked away princess who was just spoiled by her father or anything. Maybe yelling at her would know some sense into her, if not well... he'd deal with that later. She looked harmless so he didn't see any reason to be scared of her but if she kept crying and carrying on he wasn't sure how he would handle it.

♚ Did he have a problem with only talking to Gods too? Meru, in her world, worked under the gods. She was an assassin for them. One of the thousands of assassins though she is top rank. Everyone thought of Meru as a social butterfly…only if they never knew her. She herself didn’t like people. She talked to few and would only talk to people if they sparked interest or talked to her first. She wasn’t going to be rude since she was a lady so if a person needed help, well maybe Meru would help them. Walking around the city Meru saw many people from different worlds. Who would have thought huh? See another flaw with the gods. Did they know about all the other gods from other worlds? Pft one god many gods whatever.
She walked down the street. From the outside point of view it looked like she was just some cute girl with a baby face walking down the street. She looked a bit troubled from the outside as if she was pouting. Nope Meru was just thinking. She couldn’t help but have a cute pout upon her face. It was natural cuteness…unlike her personality. She had seen the blond on the corner of her eye, she was going to casually walk past him…or her, hard to tell by just a glance. Well Meru was about to leave when the blond spoke. Oh a male.
“Who am I?”
Well Meru may not like people she liked toying with them. Since this person was obviously new this would be easy. Now Meru already had a fake name for her days online. It wasn’t creative but this guy wouldn’t know! The petite girl walks up with a natural smile on her face. Her big blue eyes shine brightly looking up at him.
“Why I am one of the Cities Rulers. Are you a new Civilian who doesn’t know their place? Call me Rue.”
As sweet as she looked she would be putting her personality in her act a lot. If Ganymede was looking for someone nice. Oh well he has found Meru. She would play for him as long as it was interesting then she would come clean. A childish game was fun once in a while so why not put a little scare into this person. Maybe he could be of use and do some chores for her~.
Already felt that he couldn’t trust this little girl as he watched her walk up to him. In this place he couldn’t trust anybody though. Not everyone with a pretty or cute face was a nice person. He learned that the hard one after being basically betrayed by the Gods he once loved. Once she spoke, Ganymede felt little reason to trust her once again. Such a sweet voice but he wasn't going to give into that.
“Why I am one of the Cities Rulers. Are you a new Civilian who doesn’t know their place? Call me Rue.”
"Tch." That was the only sound that came from me. Already he was annoyed and this person reminded him of that bastard, Apollo. Quietly the blond looked away and tired his best to ignore the girl. What was he going to do if she was like /him/? ...Was she really one of the Cities Rulers? If so why did she look so... plain.. completely normal.
"If you are truly one of the Cities Rulers, you would know the answer to that."
In a way, he was trying to be smart but he did have a rather good point. That was why he didn't see any point answering the girl. He really didn't believe what she said was true and he wasn't going to change his mind. The prince wasn't in the mood to play some children's game for somebody else's sick amusement.
The blond turned around and just stared at her for a good while. Why was she even bothering to trick somebody? Did she think he was an idiot or something? He should have known there would be people like this around here and he wasn't very surprised. There were all sorts of idiots in the world.
"Who are you really?"
a rough day;; [open]
Diva had spent the last week locked in her room, sleeping. She wasn’t sure why— it wasn’t time for her long sleep. She just couldn’t get herself to get out of bed. There was something going on on the news, but she ignored it for the most part. No one had disturbed her either. For some reason that made her slightly upset.
But today she resided it was time to get out. Maybe she was just sick and need some fresh air. She walked around a few sectors feeling worse than when she started. This made her angry and frustrated.
“Why does nothing right happen to meeee!?” She screamed into the air.
Many people stopped and stared at the distraught young woman, but Diva took no notice of it. She stormed off around the corner childishly.
However, in her fit of rage she unwittingly ran directly into someone. The force of the impact made the songstress fall directly on her bottom, with an undignified yelp.
Diva balanced herself on her elbows, looking down with her bangs covering a good portion of her face. Tears began to well up in her eyes and she began to shake lightly. All this frustration that had been building up— being sent here, the fight with Shizuka, the depression she had unknowingly sunk into— the girl finally reached her breaking point.
“Y-YOU BIG MEANY!” She slipped a shoe off of her foot and threw it at the poor stranger. She didn’t even look at them. “HOW DARE YOU PUSH ME DOWN!”
A few tears slipped down her face.
Everything was confusing and it was giving him a major headache. The blond lifted his hand up and brought it to his head, hoping to try and make sense of everything that was going on. The technology that was here was really amazing and beyond anything he had seen before. It was all new and very scary for him. Ganymede refused to show any fear though.
Doing his best to explore as much as this city before going to his apartment to sleep, he hadn't gotten very far. Everything just made him confused so once and a while he'd just have to sit down on some bench or something to try and sort out his thoughts.
“Why does nothing right happen to meeee!?”
The prince froze as he heard a woman's voice yelling out. His headache was just going to worsen now. It looked like, well... sounded like somebody was upset. Though he really couldn't care in the end seeing he had his own problems to deal with.
Suddenly he fell down to the ground. Talk about a bad day already. Quickly he glanced up and shot a glare at the girl who had walked into him. He could have paid more attention to what was around him but seeing he was distracted, he didn't. He had to much going on to look out for people but it was common sense for others to look out as well.
As soon as he noticed the shoe, Ganymede quickly ducked. Already he was annoyed and now he wasn't in a very pleasant mood. He was going to try and be nice but with how rude this girl was, the idea of being the slightest bit nice was out the window.
"How about you watch where you're going?! I never pushed you down, you fell down when you ran into me because you weren't looking!"
Man, this girl was really annoying him now. So rude trying to force the blame on him. The prince would have been fine in taking some of the blame but to have it all thrown onto him and than a shoe nearly hit him. Looking around, he quickly grabbed the shoe and hold onto it tightly. He really was pissed off now.
Another bunch of people started following you.
Seeing that Ganymede seemed a little nervous, Xion wondered if she maybe said something wrong. But, as the blonde answered her question, she was relieved. He probably just wasn't used to talking to new people, too, she though.
"Ah, I see ..." folding her hands behind her back, she continued, "I've only been here for ... maybe a week? I don't know exactly ... I-I never really counted the days, so ..." Xion laughed nervously. This whole situation was still so strange for her, she didn't bothered counting how many days passed. The main thing on her mind was still how the scientists had managed to revive her. It just didn't made any sense to her, no matter how much she thought about it.
"This city ... It seems strange, doesn't it? I mean ... " There it was, hear social awkwardness again. Nervous, she continued, "I just have the feeling that ... something here is not ... right, you know? I know we're here because of some 'social experiment' but ... I still don't know what that means." She made a short pause before smiling.
"But the people I've meet so far where all really nice!"
However, she couldn't help but wonder if she just saw him starring at her coat. Not that she would be mad; She was used to it already. After all, it sure did look kind of odd, the girl though.
Somehow he felt... calm around her. The prince didn't feel any need to give her a cold shoulder or anything like that. Being harmless probably does that but something about her just told him that Xion was going to be an annoying little girl really. Ganymede wasn't going to completely trust that as they had only just met so anything could annoy him in a split second.
"I just have the feeling that ... something here is not ... right, you know? I know we're here because of some 'social experiment' but ... I still don't know what that means."
Social experiment. If this was really one, why did they pick him? He wasn't social at all. The only times he can remember being social was when he was human, completely human. Whenever he met somebody after what happened, he'd just ignore them, call them a name and just walk off.
He had to be one of the least social here. Talking to people normally was... awkward for him. Ganymede could easily remember when he was talkative and cheerful but that part of him was gone. It was dead. "You... don't know what a social experiment means?" He had an idea but than again, he was confused by it. What kind of social experiment?
Were those scientist guys here to watch how different people from different worlds would react to each other? Since Xion brought it up, the prince started to become curious about this now. Just what were they planning to do with them? A heavy sigh escaped the blond as he scratched his head, trying to think but nothing was coming to him.
"Most people seem nice here..."
That was just the surface though. He was sure some people just acted it or something and soon, one day they would show their true colours. Ganymede seriously doubted everyone was nice here, despite their appearance.

“Yep! Just around here!”
Snow led his fellow blond successfully to the apartment complex, knocking on the apartment door A-6.
“This is my room! Just give me a shout if you need anything, alright?” Snow pointed down the hall, “W-6 should be over there, want me to come with you?”
Quietly he just followed Snow. There wasn't much for him to say to the other blond or more like, he was to busy with his own thoughts like always. Looking at the apartments, they were quite a surprise to him. Did homes look like this now? It was... awkward to see them.
He wasn't as bad as the other people he had meet in the past with a personality like Snow's. "Thanks... I should be fine on my own." Unless somebody just jumped out and attacked him but he doubted that. Giving one last glance at Snow, Ganymede started to walk away and down to his apartment.
princeof-troy started following you
“Oh.” Snow’s logic started kicking in high gear. If Ganymede could withstand the cold… it meant that his flesh was manly and tough, and only guys had manly and tough skin built for withstanding the cold! Ganymede must be a man. Snow gave a nod of affirmation, still thinking to himself.
“Well still you’d need to see your apartment room! I remember my first few weeks here, I didn’t even see my apartment building until…! Well… until today… really….”
The blond raised his hand before resting the palm of his hand onto his face. This guy... he couldn't really take him seriously after that. He was curious as to how long Snow has been here but he wasn't going to ask. There was a feeling in his gut which told him he would just think less of him at the answer. Then again, this guy didn't look very smart to begin with.
"You... know where to go, right?"
Last thing he wanted was to get lost in this place and have to sleep on the ground or something. He was used to sleeping in a field of flowers but in this place, sleeping on the ground just meant his clothes would get dirty.
princeof-troy started following you
Snow’ ear twitched. “Hey! You’re in my sector! Snow gave a wide smile as he gestured towards Ganymede. “Come on, I’ll show you to the apartments! Then you could probably dress, a bit warmer…! Hahaha!” Snow still wondered about Ganymede’s gender, but kept it to himself.
Out of everyone he had meet already in this place, this guy had to be the weirdest one but at least he was nice enough to show him the apartments. Hopefully than he could catch up on some sleep, if he could sleep at all.
"Thanks. ...Dress warmer? I'm perfectly fine in the clothing I'm in right now."
Another bunch of people started following you.
"Ganymede? I never heard a name like that before ... " Xion looked at the young man before her, smiling lightly. "But it's a nice name!"
Curious, she continued to look at him. People from other worlds sure where unusual for her sometimes, but it never bothered her. Other worlds, other morals, she guessed. And she respected and accepted that. Xion knew that she herself must seem really odd to them, too. So why blame them?
But the girl did not wanted to seem impolite by staring at the blonde, so she decided to make some conversation. It was worth a try, she though. ... Maybe a simple question would do it.
"If ... If it's okay for me to ask ... Are you new here?"
Of course nobody would have heard of a name around here. The chances of anybody knowing such an old name was low. So he wasn't going to let that bother and basically showed little care, even though Xion seemed like a nice girl. The blonde kept his mouth shut to prevent saying anything... rude.
Having a better look at her, the prince noticed she was wearing a coat. Why was she wearing such a thing here? He didn't bother to ask, more like he felt he had no right to ask. The blond kept quite as he stared at her and than noticed she was looking at him. Quickly, he looked away.
That was slightly awkward for him. Hearing her voice though, he finally found the courage to look at her again. Although he didn't need any courage, he just felt slightly embarrassed in a way.
"Yeah... I've only been here for nearly a day or so."
princeof-troy started following you
Snow clapped, “Yeah! Exactly!” he gave a smile and wondered to himself…. Err… is this a guy or a girl…? Whoever it was they sure weren’t dressed for winter. “Hey, you have an apartment right?”
They had only talking for a few minutes and the prince had already decided his views on this Snow guy. At least it was better than wondering around completely alone but who knows, sooner or later he might just prefer that.
"Yeah... my apartment is W-6, or at least what's been written on the paper."
princeof-troy started following you
There were a suspicious amount of blond people here. Snow used to think he really stood out as an individual! Guess not.
“Hey, Snow Villiers! What’s your name? You new around these parts?”
Well this guy didn't seem so bad. Okay, Ganymede couldn't help but find his clothes to be really weird and not to mention everything he was wearing. Just.. what was he wearing anyway!? He wasn't sure if those clothes were comfortable or not and he wasn't going to ask.
"Snow? Like.. the weather? I'm Ganymede... and I would guess so."
princeof-troy started following you
“Well, let’s hope it does.”
"Sure..." The prince looked away before muttering something under his breath. He was never going to get used to this.
princeof-troy started following you
“Well then try a bunch of different things, and find which one makes you feel the best~”
Damn this guy reminded him of that annoying person who was all happy and friendly.
"Er... sure. I doubt it'll work though."
princeof-troy started following you
“Nothing? Really? Wow. I’m sorry…
You should try to find something you enjoy~”
Oh how he'd enjoy to see pain and suffering on Apollo's face but unfortunately he was here and neither would be suffer from it.
"Ha! Like what? I've forgot how it feels like to enjoy something."
