⧠| âHaha, I wouldnât be surprised.â Alm laughs at Robinâs response, not from him admitting that he canât cast magic, but the fact that thereâs another person who prefers to swing a blade, like himself. âIf you asked me to create a fire, I wouldnât use magic, but some flint and a torch instead.â Then again, there were a lot of people who also wielded swords too, everyone summoned in Askr was different, and they all hailed from various worlds. Not to say that thereâs anything wrong with lots of people that prefer swords, it just makes him part of that group. However, it wasnât just limited to people that wielded swords, let alone lances and other blades. There are others like Robin, so and mages that harness magic in their own way, and their own power too. âI canât tell you how surprised Kliff was when he was handed one of those tomes,â He says, pointing to the spellbook that Robin was holding in her hands. âI guess when youâve been using yourself as a source of power, itâd be surprising to hear that you can use books to cast magic too.â
