A Person Who Has Made a Difference: My Father
I really appreciate and respect to my father. His name is Daruchi, born in 1963 in Jakarta. My father has many experiences in his life. He is the head of our family with three sons and one daughter. I have three reasons that my father has made a difference in my life.
The reason that my father has made a difference in my life is, he is the person who taught me to read and write. When I was kid, toys were my best friend. I was busy with that things—playing. He tried to buy a magazine—Bobo, Donal Bebek, Paman Gober, Ina, Ino, and so on.
The second is his advices. He always provides good advices to his children to be a good son and a daughter, a student, and a citizen. He provides good advices to me to study hard. I know he is just primary school graduates (named Sekolah Rakyat). He always says to us to follow the motto, “Knowledge is our weapon that no one can steal our knowledge.” Additionally, my father advised me to not only study but to also ‘learn’. And my favorite advice is, “Iqra, and you will know.” I followed his advices to iqra—read. So, though my father didn’t get high education in his life, his childrens have to get a better education.
The last reason is his motivation to me. When I was in senior high school, I would like to give up my study. He encouraged me to consider about my study telling me, “I would be great if I have a good education. I could have a better job and I could be more beautiful than them.” Finally, I agreed with him, and I continued my study until I finished it in Universitas Indonesia. Then I got a summer course scholarship in Turkiye.
In conclusion, my father is my hero who has made a difference in my life. He is my first tutor who taught me to study and learn. Moreover, he always provides good advices to me to do some things that are valuable to me. Finally, he always motivates me, showing me good reasons that I could accept and follow his words. All his words inspire me to be successful—in my own way. I will try my best to be a good son, a good student, a good employee.
It's so hard to forget someone who gave you so much to remember.

When you really care about someone, their happiness matters more than yours.

If you act too much with them, you know who they are.
Am I looked like him when said free hugs? Lolol

Handshakes, while advisable for first impressions and sealing business deals, are otherwise too formal for significance. Too cold. In some cases, too competitive.
Hugs are just the best though. And I’m not talking pats on the back, I mean those full-contact, two-arm, squeeze-like-you-mean-it bear...
I don't think all writers are sad, she said. I think it's the other way around—all sad people write.

I know that I don't own you, and perhaps I never will, so anger when you're with him, I have no right to feel. I know that you don't owe me, and I should ask for more; I shouldn't feel so let down, all the times when you don't call. What I feel --- I should show you, so when you're around I won't; I knwo I've no right to feel it, but it doesn't mean I don't.
