Effective Grieving pt 4 (the rest)

It was rather ambitious to try and document every day, to grieve and document grieving. Today is June 05, 2026, the time is 1349.

May 25, 2026: I woke up ill-prepared to complete my bargaining stage... Bargaining consists of making a deal to achieve a desired result. I didn't know how I could do that. What does Shaitan want? What am I willing to give? Thoughts raced in my mind, but one stood out as I stared at my hand-painted pentagram, the voice of The Dark Lord Shaitan, The Most Evil and Feared saying, "It is all coming. You don't have to bargain." So I skipped that day bc The Devil told me to.

I let the anger work thru my system. I flailed around, I talked to myself, I expressed my myself. I gave myself and Shaitan praise thru artistic means; I am an artist so I made art. This process of intentional grieving was held alongside the process of intentional creation; I was grieving life and giving life. I thought I just wanted to finish some projects; I just hadta put something together, put paint to cardboard, pen to paper, I hadta upload a silly video (Subscribe to 'Hudu Is Political'), but my body was screaming for me to make, make, make and I surrendered. But everything about this was tiring, so on May 25 I did the hardest thing I allowed myself to rest... I watched TV (an old af American show from the 1960s/70s, Dark Shadows. I watched Dark Shadows: The Beginnings—which is 9 seasons—now I'm watching the main series—which is 26 seasons.), I jerked off a few times (which actually a huge win for me. I used to be addicted to porn. Not anymore tho.) I just relaxed.

The next day, May 26, I started the Depression stage. Writing down my feelings triggered the emotions...a little too well. And since I am very very familiar with depression, I kept it simple; write a sentence or two (with exceptions) about why I am depressed. WHY does this thing depress me? I hadta get REALLY REAL, and I did. I processed this in increments. I worked on three items, I set a timer on my phone, I took a ten minute break, after ten minutes I got back to work, and repeat until I was finished with the list. This worked better than I expected. I flipped time management by managing my time for goofing off and prioritizing my emotional work; the work was allowed to be slow and intense and time-consuming, the breaks were restrained—ten minutes only. It was beneficial. The task became less intense, more manageable, then it was accomplished. I was depressed tho, for like five days days: May 26, 27, 28, 29, 30. I laid in bed, I missed prior obligations (like gardening), I dressed differently, I was still creating tho. I started an abstract painting of how horny I am for my husband. The five days of depression, I let myself be sad about it for five days.

I wasted the next day. My mind distracted me from the work. On Jun 02 I started the testing stage. Testing consists of processing the information and test out new ways to live life. This helped so much. This stage helped a lot. Just build the brand until my husband comes to me.
