Last time I saw a therapist I mentioned a bunch of symptoms for ADHD and her response was almost exactly "huh that's weird. Well anyway back to your anxiety..." Like? She just ignored it??

It's stuff like that that has always made me unsure of whether I have it or not. If doctors and therapists don't mention it then why should I believe I even have it? But the more others with ADHD talk about the symptoms the more of them I see in myself, and I just, want an answer to everything that's been going on with me.
