She smells like temple incense. I'm not sure if there's anything in canon about what Banites burn for theirs but historically speaking it would have been something like frankincense, myrrh, and florals/spices.

Unintentionally, yes. She's reserved but when she's fond of/likes someone she's a lot more open with her compliments and praise. She doesn't always mean for it to come off as flirty but it's often read that way. As for whether or not she's charming I think that's subject for debate. She's very blunt and can come off as much ruder than she means to be, but she also is good at bantering if she knows the topic of discussion and if pressed she *can* actually use that charisma of hers to have pleasant conversation. She does have expertise in persuasion and proficiency in deception.

🦴 : Does your OC have much sexual experience? What are they like?

She has experience, actually, though it was all as a teenager having sex with other teenagers. She didn't have much emotional investment in any of the relationships (though the same could not be said for some of the people on the other end of it). Her father, once he actually took an interest in her, tried to control her life, and that included her potential romantic relationships. The tldr is that he approved of *none* of the people she "saw" as a teenager. She hasn't actually had sex since she was about 18 years old though, and for years she was just convinced it was bad because she was having sex with teenage boys who also had no idea what they were doing.

She's a dominant person in the bedroom and prefers to be the one leading and moving the scene along. That being said she is also a very attentive partner who puts a lot of stock in her partner enjoying their time with her. She's a service domme who treats her subs like her beloved pets.

She doesn't really think about it to be honest. It's something people do, but she doesn't have strong feelings on it herself. The only caveat here is she will not have sex with someone if she isn't sure they're fully into it and she doesn't like the idea of sex as payment for things either (though she holds nothing against festhall workers for their work).

She doesn't generally, no. Depending on the person, she'd be willing to humor them, but that would have to be a very specific circumstance with a very specific person. But I also don't think she'd necessarily describe this as being "monogamy-minded" either. She just doesn't tend to have sex with people she isn't interested in in some fashion. It has nothing to do with monogamy at all.

see you'd think with how reserved she is everywhere else, she'd be reserved here too. Nope. If she can get away with it, she is a human barnacle. She coos and croons over her partner constantly, kisses and nuzzles them, gets as handsy as is socially permitted, and is not above leaving hickeys somewhere visible.

It's all functional. She doesn't see the point of her underwear being pretty, unless it's the garters she wears to keep her hose up. Those she embroiders herself. Everything else, though? No.

When I initially designed Julian I always pictured her manner of speech as very similar to Lenore from Castlevania (slow, measured, lower than you'd probably expect from looking at her). These days I think she has an accent that leans more Slavic, though. But I also think that specific combination would be considered attractive to many people.

😍 : What does your OC find irresistible in others?

Are they big and beefy and have the energy of a sopping wet cat that's been left out in the rain? Are they intelligent and the kind to infodump? If the answer is yes, then they are like catnip to her. How unfortunate.

I think she is. She greatly prefers to be the one setting the pace for it, since she doesn't like being manhandled much. Usually she does this with a hand in the hair at the nape so she can guide her partner's head around as needed, especially if she's moving away from the face and onto other body parts. She doesn't bite while lip kissing (that's for everywhere else), and frankly I don't think she'd like deep open mouth kissing either. But she is actually flexing her insane insight while kissing so she can gauge how her partner feels during it.

Her eyes, I think. They're very striking both in intensity and in coloration. Humans don't typically have purple eyes but it's a common phenotype around the Moonsea where she's from. She also emotes far more with her eyes than with her face, which I think ups the intensity of them.

Oh she's aware that she's attractive, but she also isn't bothered when people don't find her attractive because it matters very little to her in the grand scheme of things if they do. She is not above using people's attraction to her if it can be made use of though. She finds it funny.

Earnest displays of affection like gift giving, compliments, etc. She's really into courtly romance, so playing into that would also do the job as well. It might be difficult to tell that you've flustered her, though, since she is a rather reserved person with a tight hold on her emotions.

You've mentioned needing this thing or disliking this person? She'll handle it for you. You expressed interest in learning about this thing she knows about? She'll teach you. You have a knowledge base that you're excited about and want to infodump about it? She'll listen even if she doesn't fully understand what you're talking about. You might find that she's noticed that you have a threadbare shirt and so look you're getting a new handmade one. She has balanced your books. She spends a lot of time in close contact with you.

This is very similar to how she shows affection with friends, which is probably why it can be difficult to tell if she's actually romantically interested.
