Can you imagine being Tatsuya post Eternal Punishment, just waking up one day surrounded by your brother and a bunch of strangers, with a huge gap in your memory wearing clothes you don’t remember buying with tattoos you don’t remember getting and a sword you definitely don’t remember obtaining.
And you ask your brother what the hell happened and he dodges the questions HARD because he’s an awful liar so your mad sus but he refuses to tell you. And you realize this huge gap in your memory is longer than you thought, because you find out from your friend Anna that the whole time you were missing and doing some wild ass shit you can’t for the life of you see yourself ever doing for any reason. And then at some point you meet these people who are like “yeah you saved my life once so thanks for that” and you’re like “?????? Who are you people???????”
And also at the same time Katsuya is acting REALLY weird, like he’s gone through a whole emotional journey during that gap in your memory and now he’s way too overprotective and affectionate and also he’s back into baking now you guess?? Not sure how you going missing and running around with a sword caused THAT to happen but you guess it’s whatever??
Also there’s this woman who seems vaguely recognizable, and she was there with Katsuya when you woke up, and you’re pretty sure you’ve met her before but you can’t place where, and every time you see her in public and try to talk to her she ignores you and leaves as quickly as possible, so that’s weird.
Honestly you probably were just on a lot of drugs. Did some wild shit. That was probably it.
