I’ve been wanting an in depth fanart of this Elriel scene from the moment I read it. That iconic coloring book one comes close, but I just knew I wanted to honor the Elriel fandom & Captain Feyre herself with something worthy of the scene…I think this is it. I hope you love this one as it’s my first commission and done by sweetest artist @/carasalexandra on instagram. She listened to every wish I had and honored it beautifully. I saw the painting in my mind: the lovely fawn, blooming spring vibrant behind her. Standing before Death, shadows and terrors lurking over his shoulder. The only bridge of connection … that knife.

I was supposed to launch this commission the last week of this month since it is a free theme, but anxiety got the best of me.

I wanted them to see it, and since this week’s theme is Truth-Teller, look at the beautiful decorative cover I made for elain with that dagger, do you see? After all, it agrees 😂

This is a modern Elriel Au in Crescent City, I’m excited because it will happen in the next book when the worlds come together.

I felt free to nicknamed elriel daughter Jasmin (❤️), bc the flower are a sweet kind of yellow and someday I saw on Twitter the meaning of the name and it really matched with Azriel and Elain. ❤️
