Day 6 Mouth play

You need to watch what you say. I wouldn’t want you to say something you’ll later regret. If you keep running your mouth I’m going to have to intervene and you know that don’t you.

Maybe that’s what you want, you like it when I have to shut you up. It’s no secret I just chose to let you work a little harder for it so go ahead keep running your mouth your words mean nothing to me.

That fits perfectly *secures it tightly to your mouth and head*

Go ahead and try to run your mouth now

-mumbled noises- I’m sorry I can’t understand you try harder but don’t start whining.

Aww sweetie you’re starting to drool, maybe you should watch what you’re saying next time so you don’t make a mess. You look so pathetic and helpless drooling and trying so desperately to talk with me. Maybe next time you’ll think twice before talking back or being sassy.

Day 5 Bells

There’s something so hypnotic about the sound that a bell can make. The different tones making each bell so unique. The harmony that can be accomplished when multiple bells are being rung at the same time. The rhythm that can be used as they are played and used. Something that can be so harmonious and healing. Something that can be be heard one time yet bring the feeling of peace deep within us to life.

No wonder bells are used to meditate, help keep track of time, used in music and so much more.

A simple yet effective sound and instrument that we can all listen to and appreciate when given the chance to let it resonate and help us heal.

Or

You know bells were used in Pavlov’s experiment for classical conditioning.

Classical conditioning- learned responses involving 2 or more stimuli to create neural connections linking the once separate stimuli into one creating a conditioned response.

For Pavlov that process involved:

1 ringing a bell

2 dog was fed

3 dog salivated due to being fed

The process of ringing the bell over and over prior to being fed created an association of bell ringing= food.

And thinking about food or being fed can cause one to salivate.

So over time when the bell was heard the dog would then begin to salivate due to the new conditioned response of the bell meaning they got food.

Hypnotic responses in itself can also be associated to classical conditioning.

My favorite use of classical conditioning: triggers or the trope of using the word “sleep”.

Day 4 At attention

Be a good little subject and drop for me.

Now isn’t that better? Entranced

Letting my words become your thoughts becoming your reality. It’s so much easier to just let me do all the work for you.

You’ve done so well my little ~~slave~~ I mean subject. Let me take all the stress away. Give it to me, all the baggage all your thoughts, give me your mind. I will keep it and you safe; you can just enjoy being in trance with no responsibilities.

Don’t worry, you’ll know when I need you… for now you can just sleep and relax as your body resets.

At attention: you are now needed.

My loyal subject. I call upon you to be so kind and do all the chores. Pay attention to all the small little details because I only ask the best to do tasks for me. Once they are done you can go back to relaxing.

Paying attention to all the details, paying attention to me and what you are made to do. Always ready to do a task when asked, able to sleep and enjoy trance any other time- it sounds lovey doesn’t it?

Day 3

Good to Evil

You find a sweet innocent shy subject. They are well versed and easy to drop, able to accomplish so many good things. And you think why not make them great. You slowly begin to mold them, having them react and do things that you want, all while making it seem like their idea. Slowly brainwashing them into being the perfect little malleable subject you’ve always wanted. As their list of limits slowly become the things they want to experience the most *helplessly brainwashed* unable to see the signs of what they’ve gotten into.

Unable to break free and out of the cycle wanting to do nothing but good things for their hypnotist.

As the hypnotist easily switches from being **good** with their sweet words and gentle inductions to **evil** with the brainwashing and coercion of breaking limits and boundaries able to get away with anything they want. Creating a game that only the hypnotist can win.

Day 2

Mindless Obedience

You know how good it feels to listen and react. How nice it is to follow instructions. Instinctively listening or reading words from me waiting to see what I will say next wanting to obey. Feeling the urge to follow along mindlessly letting me guide you wherever I want you to be. Letting my words wrap around your mind so easily and effortlessly as if they are your only thoughts the only thing that’s important. My words are like the air that you breath necessary for life necessary to live.

If I say jump you respond with how high.

If I want you to beg you beg.

If I send you a message you promptly respond.

No thinking required just obey and listen because you know that’s where you belong. Waiting on my every word, waiting for instructions to follow lost without me. Becoming more mindless and obedient wanting and needing my words to survive.

Day 1

Beast Taming

All it takes is a little practice.

Make it into a game for those that are a little more stubborn than most.

-second by second

-minute by minute

-hour by hour

-day by day

-month by month

-moment by moment

-year by year

Slowing making progress getting into that thick head as small changes take place. Laying down the foundation for conditioning to take over.

An infinite loop of minimally noticeable taming techniques until almost like magic the beast wants to do nothing more than obey. Because good behavior leads to rewards and you want rewards right?

They were never a beast to begin with, just something that needed a little molding some attention and someone to lead them down the right path. Isn’t that right? As they become nothing more than a sweet little pet to adore.

There’s something I want to address real quick.

In the hypno community we often say things like:

“All hypnosis is self-hypnosis”

“You can’t do anything you don’t want to when you’re under”

“No one can make you drop if you don’t really want it”

While these are valid to an extent, they aren’t completely true, and I’ve often seen them used as excuses by people trying to justify themselves violating consent.

The mind is fickle, and can 100% be manipulated. Manipulated into dropping unwillingly, manipulated into doing things you normally wouldn’t. 

This is part of why it isn’t good for subjects to go around begging for every tist they see. You know nothing about the person, you don’t know if they will respect you as a person. And saying you’ll do absolutely anything, just leaves you open to be taken advantage of. Not in the fun way, either.

We need to take care of each other in this community. Consent is important. Trust is important. Respecting each other.

Have fun, but stay safe.

I love this so much ❤️ Not only as being a fellow female tist, but overall trying to keep a space for people to connect and have various types of fun safe and consensual is of big importance.

For me subject agency is important.

Discussing boundaries yes/no/maybe content as well as periodically checking to make sure those things haven’t changed and to check in before doing anything.

I would love for a subject to respectfully decline working with me. Because to me that means they have standards and certain things they are looking for and looking to avoid. Would I be disappointed that I didn’t fit their standards sure, but not nearly as much as them doing something with me that they wouldn’t want to voluntarily participate in.

Tists and subs have to work together constantly via communication to help make the experience the most enjoyable for all parties involved. Whether that mean respecting the straight up no, adjusting mid session to accommodate the subject, or running with your original session plan. Everyone needs to do their part to keep each other safe and having a good time enjoying all the wonderful things hypnosis can bring.

Does anyone else have a dynamic with their subjects where you constantly throw out challenges to each other? Or is it just me?

Some challenges are meant to be broken.

Some challenges are meant to push expectations and “abilities”.

And as a hypnotist you let all the challenges build up and let the thought of them simmer away. Then when the subject is least expecting it you bring up the list and work on winning one of those challenges.

The best part is then when the subject admits the defeat or confesses the shear joy of the fun they had when you were able to complete something new and different for them. Giving them yet another amazing experience.

Does anyone else always have hypno brain?

Now mine is from a hypnotist perspective but still... every conversation I have ends up sparking like 10 ideas.

The list is so long I can’t comprehend how I’d ever be able to accomplish them all.

It’s like it’s own pattern but I can’t seem to figure out a way to interrupt it.

Currently I have a few pronounced ideas I can’t wait to utilize and jump on and see how they work out 😊

Hypno Goals 2021

Create a file every month. Possibly start making the files public instead of just sharing with my current beta group.

Discuss and have meaningful chats with all current subs to clarify the dynamic and what I can change/do better to make things more rewarding for them.

Educate and chat with newbies helping spread correct information and help introduce them to the community.

Make sure I take time away from hypnotizing to avoid burnout. Use agency to control my session schedule more appropriately.

Now that I finally got around to making this post I can hold myself more accountable to these goals I have been in the process of accomplishing 😊🌀

If your hypnotist…

Did something they knew you didn’t want

Did something you had told them you didn’t want to try

Told you they would do something and actually did something else

Told you they would take a trigger out and didn’t

Put suggestions in designed to increase their control without discussing this with you

Put suggestions in designed to stop others being able to give you tranceplay without discussing this with you

Knowingly pushed your hard limits

Ignored your safe word

Did something to prevent you giving your safe word

Then YOU ARE NOT A BAD PERSON TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, END THE SESSION, RESIST, OR BREAK THE SUGGESTION.

What has happened, in fact, is that THEY HAVE TRIED TO PULL SOME SERIOUS SHIT ON YOU.

And our community shouldn’t be doing this or letting others do this.

Yes, reblogging. Ethical hypnoplay is the only good way to go forward, and if people are failing at practicing that then they are failing YOU, not the other way around. It is okay - more than okay - to be mad about that, and to take remedial action.
