hey, who says i'm not? sam? but no, really, i've been extremely busy these last couple of years. working on different projects and prepping for the superman bod. i wasn't used to the busier workload and didn't have much free time. that, and after ending a long-term relationship, made things difficult, but i'm adjusting more now.
