This is me being me at one of my favorite places. I love the beach and it doesn’t matter which time of the year it is, it is the perfect place to relax and reflect about life. I have to go there at least once a week, even if I have to stay in the car and watch the ocean.

So I decided to take a photo shooting there and I really love the final result. I feel so happy about it, that I have to share it. The photographer let me feel so comfortable that I left my comfort zone and this pics came out of it.

I learned to love myself and this pictures show that really feel comfortable in my body. A few time ago it was unthinkable that I will be on the beach in the winter in shorts and a bra, loving all the time possible and feeling wonderful ❤️

I want to thank the best photographer in the world for this marvelous work and my friends that always supported and still support me! Love you guys so much.

Do you know that feeling when you are surrounded by people but want to be alone but then when you are alone just want to be surrounded? Today I feel like this. The problem is that when I am alone I am ok for the first minutes but then I only want to be with people that really like me. I cannot explain why this is like this.

There are some people that I like and I know that they like me but who find it fun to criticize my way of being and who like to make fun of what I say, do and think. But on days like these I just want to have a hole under me and go there so that I can cry and be alone. But on the other way I don’t want to be alone. It is very difficult.

I know I am a person who takes everything very personal but that is the way I am and I just want certain people to respect it and accept it.

Why can’t I be like the most of the people and ignore this stuff and laugh about it?

There are some days where I really feel powerless. Today is such a day. I feel like the whole world is falling over me but I also feel that I am not loved. I know that there are people with much bigger problems than mines and that there are people who love me, but today my mood is down. I know that everyone has this kind of days. I think it is normal.

Today I hate everything on me, my body, my human being, my voice...the whole package. Why? I don’t know but what I know is that I hate this days. Perhaps it is because I miss my family?! Perhaps it is because I feel alone?! I just would like to know the answer so that I could avoid these days. I just want to love myself, even if I am the only one.

I will write now about my country Portugal! There are some Portuguese that do not like their country very much, but I really love my country. Perhaps it is related to the fact that I lived 20 years in a country which wasn’t mine.

I support my country in all ways possible, of course I know that not everything is perfect in my country, but hey...is there a perfect country?

We have the most beautiful beaches, we have the most beautiful cities, we have the best folclore in the world, the best fado and we have very nice monuments. But my biggest support to my country is the support I give during soccer.

There is a friend of mine who says that I am so much a fan, that I am almost a patriot. But I don’t care, in fact I am proud to demonstrate my love for Portugal.

This year during the World Cup, I went with my outfit to work for the first time (I had never this chance during my working time), I take my Portugal T-shirt, a shorts, my Portugal bag, Portugal my earrings, my Portugal bracelet, my Portugal hat, my Portugal flags and my make up, so that I can draw a flag on my face. No one believed me when I said that I will go like that to work, but I did. But you know what? I was not ashamed, I was the proudest person on earth to wearing this colors and even if we lose I will always support my country.

I can say that I am a very proud Portuguese, independent of soccer I really love my country.

I will write about the best folks fest I went this year. The other ones are good as well but this one was very special.

It was not the first time I went to this fest in Brotas, a little village in Alentejo, Portugal, but this was the first time I went there as adult. My last visit to this fest was when my great-grandma was alive and healthy. This year I was there with my family and it was such a great experience that I will never forget it.

The fest started on a Friday, for me a normal day at work (my parents, brothers, my cousins, my grandma and my godmother were already at my grandmas house), at the end of the day I drive with my boyfriend to my grandma what is still 3 hours away. When we arrive at 22 o’clock we had dinner and we went to this fest, we were there until 5 in the morning. The music and the party were amazing, the people were there only to enjoy and appreciate the music.

On Saturday my day started early as well and on this day I was really tired, I only wanted to go to bed and sleep but I went to the party as well, this time until 4. On this day I didn’t like the music at all but we were there all together and this was the most important thing.

On Sunday was the last day of the fest and we decided to go there again and to enjoy our last day there. Today was amazing, the music was perfect as well.

This fest reminds me of the good old days. It is really nice to remember the time when I was little and to go to places like this! I feel really good to went there everyday even I was really tired, for me it is the best fest ever!

Well today I will dedicate this post to a person who is always there for me and who was one of the first persons who showed me what family and real love looks like.

She was chosen to be my godmother and it was the best choice ever. She is everything a godmother should be, she is like a mother, a best friend and a sister in only one person. She always supports me and give me the best advices ever. She was always and will ever be a role model for me.

Today is the day I want to show the world that this woman is not only a very beautiful woman on the outside but also in the inside. Everyone who has her in their life is very lucky, because she is not only a very nice and simple person but also a very big help and the best mother in the world.

She deserves the best in this world!

Today I will write a bit about me.

I use to say that the only things I really love on myself are my legs and my hair. This two things are the most important parts of my body, since I remember. But today I really recognize that I have to love my whole body so that I can love me, and let others love me. Because if I don’t love myself who will love me?

There are some days when I really hate me and my body, this usually happen when I compare photos from some years ago with the actual ones. Because some years ago I was thinner than I am now and even then I wasn’t happy with my body. This let me think what is wrong with me, can I never be happy with myself? When I was thinner, I want to have a bit more muscles, now I am thicker and I just want to lose some kilos so that I can wear tighter clothing and feel perfectly fine again. This can not go on like that, so I decided to put an end to it and accept everything on me.

Today I can say that I am not thin, but it is ok, because one day I will be thinner again. But until then I will love myself in the best ways possible.

A wise person ones said, that we all have to love ourselves, because every women has the same body perfections (often called imperfection). And I know that this can be difficult but if we learn to love ourselves with all our “imperfections”, we will see that we will feel better and we can enjoy our lifes much better.

Nos últimos dias a mudança de alimentação não correu bem mas também não correu mal. Os pequenos-almoços, os lanches da manhã, os almoços e o primeiro lanche da tarde correram lindamente. O segundo lanche e o jantar é que foi menos bom, em especial o segundo lanche.

Ao jantar, tenho que admitir que embora não cumprisse a dieta, comia apenas o que tinha no prato e não voltava a repetir.

A minha sexta foi caótica, literalmente não cumpri a dieta. Como vou de férias e não queria sujar a cozinha, optei por algo rápido que não sujasse.

Vamos ver como corre durante as férias. 😊

Today I will talk about friendship. I have already suffered a lot with friendships and at a moment where I give up on believing that friendships are real this person appeared in my life. She makes me believe in friendship again and makes me see that the people who surround us have only the importance that we give them.

She is always there for me not only in the good moments but also in the bad. She makes me see that no one is perfect, that everyone has flaws and that we have to love our flaws because they are part of us.

This girl was next to me when I had the basest time in my life, when I thought that nothing was going to be fine again, when I wanted to give up...she was there pushing me up and helping to fight against this “demon”.

I like to say that she is the whole package, she is not only beautiful on the outside but also in the inside. Thank you for existing and being there for mim.

Hoje foi o primeiro dia da minha dieta, mudança de alimentação como lhe gosto de chamar. Já tentei fazer a mudança de alimentação por várias vezes mas infelizmente nunca correu bem. Desta vez tenho esperança para que corra na perfeição, porque é algo que quero muito.

Hoje comecei o meu dia com um batido com uma banana, uma mão de framboesa, um iogurte sem lactose e uma colher de sobremesa de chia. A meio da manhã comi duas tortilha de milho sem sal com um queijo fresco pequeno sem lactose e tempero de tomate e mozarela.

Devo dizer que fiquei bastante satisfeita até a hora de almoço.

Ao almoço comi uma salada mista: levou pepino, tomatinhos, milho, atum, alface e um bocado de massa. Para tempero usei ervas, azeite, sal e vinagre de maçã.

A meio da tarde comi duas mãos de cerejas e um iogurte sem lactose. Ao final da tarde comi um quarto de meloa juntamente com duas nozes, 6 amêndoas e dois cajus.

A tarde já me custou mais um bocado mas mesmo assim aguentei :)

O jantar foi feijão verde com duas colheres de arroz, dois bocadinhos de pescada frita e um ovo estrelado. Após o jantar comi uma fatia fina de bolo mármore e 10 batatas fritas.

Ao jantar para mim é mais complicado cumprir a alimentação porque janto acompanhada e não sou eu que cozinho.

Para o primeiro dia não foi mau mas podia ter sido melhor, esperemos que amanhã seja melhor :)
