No vivo en Estados Unidos, lo que significa —entre muchas cosas—que la mayoría de las veces tengo que esperar para ver películas en mi cine local. Lo odio. Cuando llegan siempre están dobladas, y cuando las ponen subtituladas cuestan el doble y solo las tienen un par de días

Lo peor es cuando realmente estoy esperando una película en especial. Mientras llega el día del estreno me la paso viendo el trailer, entrevistas con los actores, escucho el soundtrack: espero. Sin embargo cuando me doy cuenta que cinépolis no va a estrenar la película sino dentro de 2 meses, sufro. Vivir en la frontera definitivamente ayuda, si eres financieramente independiente, en mi caso es otra frustración más. 

Inmediatamente después del estreno, internet se llena de reviews y la película empieza a ser nominada —a veces— para un sin fin de premios. Mientras tanto yo tengo que evitar spoilers a toda costa —a veces sin éxito— hasta que pueda ver la película. Y en el peor de los casos, cuando la película no va a tocar los cines mexicanos ni de casualidad, solo me queda esperar a que aparezca ilegalmente en internet en una calidad decente.

Tal vez solo soy yo, pero oh! como me gustaría que alguien me comprendiera en este momento. Acabas de descubrir esta fruta, oh es deliciosa, pero nadie parece conocerla. Bien podrías contarle a todo el mundo sobre ella pero... ¿Y si no les gusta? + nadie parece ser digno de ella. Do you know that feeling when you love something so much and then someone come, without a warning, and suddenly appears to adore it? You know, siempre me imagino que conozco a alguien que tiene los mismos gustos que yo, no solo uno, todos. Pero al momento en que a alguien le empieza a gustar algo que yo amo... Simplemente no lo soporto. YOU SIR ARE POSER! No lo se, siento como si me quitaran lo único que es mío (y no es mío porque son cosas que están echas para el publico).Y ni hablar de cuando algo totalmente indi se vuelve pop (No solo música, también películas, blogs, series, videoblogs). Sure, ahora que mas personas lo conocen tienen mas dinero, harán cosas con un mayor presupuesto —you may think. The point is, these people who "love" you, well... they don't. Their love is fake, is just an illusion caused by all the marketing, rush and stuff.

Las vacaciones de invierno son mas cortas que las de verano, es solo un mes. Siento que tengo que aprovecharlas y hacer algo productivo.  Compré un armónica y estoy aprendiendo a tocarla (ya me se la primera mitad de "You've got a friend in me" de Toy Story). Ciertamente quiero terminar de ver Modern Family, The Middle y New Girl, pero también hay algunos libros que me gustaría leer:
