A Boy From The Nine
I’ve spent the last Sunday with Muunu Sukhbaatar in his very own neighborhood which surprisingly maintained its authentic neighborhood feels that many of us can closely relate. Me being raised in Tumur-Zam area of Ulaanbaatar, visiting his home and talking with him about the neighborhood made me miss the childhood I had.
The neighborhood consists of two buildings, number 8 and 9, making an oval-like circle with playgrounds in the middle. And he mentioned that entering that circle makes him feel safe and home, even tough the whole district might seem as dangerous. While strolling through, you can see the kids running around, playing basketball and football, mothers with their babies. And I absolutely loved that scene.
Many of you might say that this exists all around the city; but to me, its something very different and close to me which I might be failing to put into words.
This editorial or album is dedicated to the neighborhood and Muunu’s love for it.

Mongolia is going under the coldest days of a year at the moment. So I thought, why not remind the people that summer is on the way, and life is going to be alright. And yeah, here is a photograph of a mountain that I took in Zavkhan Province, Mongolia near Ikh-Uul.
