its taken some getting used to since before jo used to be john and went by 'he' then for a while jodi and went by 'she' and for a while now jo has started going by neutral pronouns and it took me a while to get used to saying they/their because id always slip up and say 'she' and jo wouldnt have the heart to correct me but now i use gender neutral pronouns for jo like its second nature and theyve notice and they seem happier and it makes me happy too
