Dear Diary, Tonight I threw up. I haven't done that in quite some time. I threw up tonight not because of stomach issues, but because I wanted to see if it would lift the stress off of my chest at all. It did a little, but I think the worst best part of it was, I didn't mind it at all. It was quick and done and I really enjoyed it. I'm scared that I'll keep doing it.
