Wine and Rocky Horror Picture Show! That's the perfect way to spend the evening.
This movie is fantastic, great songs and irresistible Tim Curry as Doctor Frank-N-Furter
Wish there were some screenings in my neighbourhood, it must be great to watch it in cinema.
Love the band! And "Murder Ballads" is pure perfection, I can listen to it on the loop, especially Henry Lee with P J Harvey
My favourite character in the whole saga.
He didn't shoot first!
I love the look in his eyes.
But he really must be pissed of when people compare them all the time. Although their Jokers were totally different.
Long live the Monty Python
Hell yeah!!
I am from Poland, that is a great video based on Nick Cave's song "Curse of Millhaven". For non-polish people there are English subtitles. It was directed by Bartek Kulas and sang by great singer Katarzyna Groniec. Must say that the video is better than most of horror movies I have recently seen. The animation combined with the music and the singer's voice gives me shivers.
I have really mixed feelings when it comes to this movie. Well, Johnny Depp as Barnabas was great, Helena Bonham Carter also, big plus for Alice Copper "the ugliest woman I have ever seen", but on the other hand werewolf was a little to much and the whole concept was a bit disappointing as for a Burton movie. It wasn't bad but I was counting on something better. As a huge Tim Burton fan I am waiting for a decent successor of "Beetlejuice" or "Edward Scissorhands". I hope that the movie will come about which I will say in all conscience, that is it, Tim Burton at his finest.
I don't.
The Shining
I wonder, if here would be a possibility of going for holiday to the hotel from shining, would there be a lot of people interested in it?
It'd creepy as hell but also it would be amazing.
And stuff could play the scenes from the movie
Like two little girls could stroll down the corridors randomly just to freak people out.
They are masters. At my place (Poland) is 2 a.m. now. It's the best time to read something light-hearten and cheerful. But where is fun in it? It is proved that well-written books can multiply your imagination level couple times. I think I will try it today and see if I will dream about ravens, dark and empty houses, murders in small alleys, or my personal favourite Cthulu.
So words of appreciation to Edgar Allan Poe and H.P. Lovecraft
And
sweet dreams.
Every character she played was irresistible. This being said by someone else, wouldn't make sense, but here, it's understandable and clear.
I always thought that my favourite psycho ever is Jack Nicholson in "Shining" but I have to think about it again. Bette Davis in "What ever happened to Baby Jane" was marvelous. The rat scene and this doll were one of the creepiest things I have ever seen.
Since the very first minute I have fallen in love with this movie.
I will never be able to look at those cute small girls being all adorable without thinking, whether they turn into completely psychos in the future.
