Hello all. As I'm trying to keep things going with regular submissions, I was recently inspired to briefly return to "My Adventures with Superman" to reveal the latest subject of my "Lesser-Known Ladies" series…the pleasant (and pleasantly plump) Silver St. Cloud.

Now, I can hear a lot of you already. "Silver St. Cloud? Aren't you reaching a little bit? Sure, she's hot and THICC, but we're talking about a girl who's only appeared for two episodes in the entire series. You couldn't think of anyone more deserving?". Maybe, but would it, in fact, blow your mind if I told you that Silver St. Cloud is actually a BATMAN character?

WhaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!?!

Oh yes, my friends. Silver St. Cloud is a character who's existed for almost 50 years. But only those with long memories would remember her original days in the Batman comics. Some think Andrea Beaumont, others may think Selina Kyle. But It was Silver St. Cloud who became Bruce Wayne's first one true love, and tragically even became to Batman what Gwen Stacy was to Spider-Man for the longest time. Originally starting out as just another of his ladies of the evening that he never took seriously, Bruce, much to his surprise, found himself dropping his guard and letting Silver in further than he meant to, to the point where Silver actually discovered on her own that he was Batman. At first, Silver was unsure how to process the information, but when she happened upon a pitched battle between Batman the Joker, and could only watch helplessly as the man she loved desperately fought for his life, she realized at that moment that the burden was too heavy for her to bear. So she ended their relationship. Silver would return some time later, having moved on with her life, but not long after, she was murdered by the Assassin, Onomatopoeia.

Beyond this, Silver hasn't really had much exposure, save for her appearance in the "Gotham" TV series and a brief cameo in the animated movie, "Batman: Soul of the Dragon". And who remembers either of those, really? Even as a tertiary character in "My Adventures with Superman", one could argue that it's really the most use she's gotten outside of the comics. So…still think she was an unqualified pick?

As for the image, itself, I'm happy with it. I still think the shading in the MAwS style is a bit weird, but I think I did well with it. And I also think I gave Silver's voluptuous redesign the love it deserves (even more so with the NSFW variant, which is also out there for those in the know). Anyway, I hope everyone likes what they see. And as always, any comments are welcome.

Hello all. Well, here I am again, trying to get things back on track, mostly thanks to the extra free time I have over the summer. I did have other projects in mind for this week. But then, last week (at the time of this posting), I happened to catch MY Adventures with Superman, which gave us a new version of Giganta, and that's pretty much where my head went. Honestly, I'm a little surprised more people haven't jumped on this right from the start. I could see the AI prompters waiting for more images they can copy off of, but for artists with ACTUAL ability, this felt like a no-brainer.

As for the pic, itself, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, given my first attempt at drawing in this style. The only thing I got a little lost on was the shading, which seems kind of oddly applied, but I think I managed to fake it.

Anyway, not much else to say beyond that, except that there's also an NSFW version out there for those in the know. Hope everyone likes what they see. And know that the extra free time will give me a chance to hopefully tackle some larger projects I've been meaning to get off my plate for a while now.

Hello all. Yeah, I know I've been off my game with submissions lately. Just a lot going on that I've let take over my life (some things of which I probably didn't need to). But recently, I was corresponding to pottersparky, a longtime fan of my Danny Phantom fanfics, who I've sadly kept waiting far too long for a new story. And while I still don't have a new one written yet (though I AM working on it), I wanted to give her something for her birthday (which is tomorrow, at the time of this posting), just to let her know that her boundless faith in me remains appreciated.

Now I can already hear you asking, "What have you got going on with Danny and Sam's eyes? That's not right!". Well, this actually ties in to the next DP story I'm working on (currently entitled, "Of One Mind"...or possibly "Syncing Up", I haven't decided yet). Many, if not most DP fans know that one of the early concept plans for Sam was that she and Danny were supposed to share a psychic link. The idea was ultimately scrapped to avoid giving Sam more agency over Tucker in the friend group, but since I have Sam and Tucker taking up different roles on Team Phantom, I figured I'd dust if off and implement it in my stories.

One could argue that I've been teasing it since as far back as my story, "Hearts and Minds", but I only really started calling attention to it in my story, "A Family Thing". Well, "Of One Mind" is finally going to bring the whole thing to a head, as well as explain what this connection actually IS. Some of you, in the inner circle, already know about it, most of you don't. So for those who don't wish to be spoiled, I won't reveal it here, or what it all entails. But I will confirm that, just as this pic implies, their eyes turn silver whenever the connection is active. So, that's what's going on there.

But the pic is also making one other thing perfectly clear...when you can communicate telepathically, you don't have to go very far to find privacy. After all, no one else needs to know what's going on inside their heads. For those of you who are wondering what they're thinking in this image...well, let's just leave that up to your imagination. And for anyone who'd like to submit their theories on that, let's try to keep the comments at least PG, okay?

So anyway, pottersparky, Happy Birthday to you. Enjoy the gift, and I hope everyone else likes it just as much. As always, any and all comments are appreciated.

Hello, all. And Happy Valentine's Day long weekend, at the time of this posting. ^_^

Well, between issues with my computer and marinating over the holidays, what I was afraid would happen, ultimately happened.  I fell out of my artwork routine and it took me a while to get back into it.  Of course, I do have plenty of pics on my plate.  I just have to get back into the rhythm of drawing them again.  So, to kick things off, I thought I'd go with something relatively simple, while sticking with something that was relatively in the spirit of the season, so to speak.

As we all know, Possible women have a secret weapon for manipulating people into doing things they'd prefer not to. So powerful is the infamous "puppy dog pout" that even those who wield it are not immune to its malevolent influence. However, since getting together with Ron, Kim has found another way to get him to go along with something he might normally have reservations about. A method that's far more effective, and A LOT more fun to implement. As you can see, Ron can only hold out for so long. ^_^

All-in-all, I'm pleased with the end result. There may be no background to speak of, but I hardly think the image needs it. While I saw this as a good opportunity to once again showcase Ron with some fashion tweaks of my own design, the idea for Kim's outfit came from a DA member, who wanted to see Kim in a classic Season 2 outfit, only with a slight change in black loafers (don't ask me why, it's just his thing). Since this particular ensemble has seen some tweaks as the series wore on, I didn't see any harm in adding a few of my own. And while Kim is partially obscured, you can still see one of her shoes, so I think it works fine.

Anyway, hopefully, this is me getting back into the swing of things, art-wise. And hopefully, everyone likes what they see. As always, comments are appreciated. And if anyone would like to hit me up for some commission info, that would be nice too.

Happy Halloween, all! ^_^

(Yeah, I know it's November at the time of this posting. Shut up. Don't act like you're not gonna be doing Halloween stuff all weekend anyway.)

Well, with a new computer comes a new posting to test it. And this was the idea for a Halloween pic that came to me several months ago, when I happened across a video of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" (to this day, still one of Disney's most iconic feature animations).

The image, itself, is pretty straightforward, seeing Kim and Ron passing through Sleepy Hollow on Halloween night (basically, the worst time of the year to be there if Bing Crosby is to be believed), where they encounter a rather infamous figure of legend. Now, could they outfight him? Probably. Could they outrun him? DEFINITELY. But they receive another surprise when another individual makes his presence known. Those of you who know my fanfics are, no doubt, familiar with my OC, Maximilian, and what he can do. So it's gonna take more than a ghost with a sword and no head to put him on his back heels.

All in all, I'm happy with how the image turned out. Not my best take on Rufus, perhaps, but I threw him in there basically at the last minute. I'm happy with how the Horseman turned out, especially since drawing animals isn't something I do a lot of. But I'm definitely happy with how Max looks. I took the time to add a little tweak to his design, specifically having the tails of his jacket dissipate into trails of glittering smoke that he usually emanates when he uses his magic. Speaking of which, I'm also very pleased with the effects I threw in. Definitely something I'll be doing in the future.

Continuing my efforts to get a maintain a steady flow of submissions, this is an old request that came to me from a DA member, who asked me to draw a pic of Kim Possible and Jazz Fenton from Danny Phantom in a boxing match. While I was intrigued by the pitch, to be honest, I couldn't picture any fight between Kim and Jazz where Kim wouldn't just completely mop the floor with her. So, I decided to tweak the concept slightly, by having Kim training Jazz instead.

I mean, it kind of tracks, right? While I don't think anyone can deny that Jazz's heart has always been in the right place, she has a bad habit of letting her enthusiasm overwhelm her logic, and it tends not to register with her when she finds herself in over her head. I guess you could say she takes after her father in that regard. So, getting some pointers from someone of Kim's caliber definitely would not be the worst idea in the world.

All-in-all, I'm happy with the way this one turned out. Simple, but effective, I think, and I hope everyone likes what they see. Remember, comments are always welcome.

As time rolls on, I've found myself starting to run out of ideas for pics. But seeing as how I didn't want to sacrifice the momentum I'd built up over the last few months, I decided to look back into some of the requests that were made of me before I put commissions back on the table.

To that end, that brings us to a request from a DA member, who wanted to see one of his alternate versions of Spider-Man and Black Cat, named Ninja Spider and The Cat, drawn in my Spectacular Spider-Man style. To be honest, I felt the need to tweak the original designs a bit, to give the Ninja Spider outfit a more natural flow. I also gave The Cat a set of retractable claws that spring out and can fold over her fingers.

All in all, I'm happy with how the picture turned out, including the background, which, while simple, came out the way I wanted it to. As for everyone else, I hope you like the picture, also. As usual, any and all comments are appreciated.

Coming into the Labor Day long weekend at the time of this posting, I chose to take advantage of the time to tackle one of my more ambitious projects.  Dipping into my "Lesser-Known Ladies" series, I decided to glance over to "Fairly Odd Parents", to address three particular females who were basically used as one-and-done figures...ladies who appeared in a single episode, and then were never seen again...Christie Glamorpuss, Dr. Phyllis Fancyfree, and Carly. Now Carly, (who we can only assume is some kind of model, dues to the sparkly dress she was wearing) I suppose can be forgiven for never coming back.  Apparently showing up during the third day of the Yugopotamian "Five Days of F.L.A.R.G." (the "A" meaning "Amnesia"), was most likely in her best interest While we don't know what she and Timmy got up to during the wild party Mark Chang threw, it's a pretty safe bet that if anyone could remember it, she'd probably be doing some time right now. Dr. Fancyfree, from the episode, "Crocker Shocker", is the one I kind of feel the worst about.  After all, let's face it, being stuck as the therapist for Denzel Crocker is bad enough.  But the way things worked out for her at the end of the episode for just trying to help...well, the poor woman definitely deserved better than she got. The one who I'm the most confused by, for never coming back, though, is Christie Glamorpuss.  Why she only appeared in the episode, "Momnipresent" really feels like a missed opportunity to me.  Between being some luscious eye candy, as well as her use as an info dump, she potentially had the most longevity of the three women here.  And yet, she was never seen again, and to this day, I can't help but wonder why. Anyway, that brings us to the image at hand, which I'm quite p[leased with.  Granted, the designs are more Danny Phantom-style but Fairly Odd Parents-style (with the arguable exception of Dr. Fancyfree), but I have a hard time deviating from my taste.  Besides, it's close enough.  The challenge was because I was also making NSFW variants (already posted for those in the know), and because Dr. Fancyfree essentially has two hairstyles (resulting in FOUR variant pics), you can understand why it took a little longer. Anyway, here's both versions, posted side-by-side. Feel free to tell me which hairstyle you prefer.  Or if nothing else, please feel free to pass any comments my way.  Hope to hear from you. Just on my latest submission. I left it specifically for the long weekend because I knew it would take a little longer.

If you want to see the definition of the term, "glow up", look no further than the character of Wuya from "Xiaolin Showdown"*. I mean, when you basically go from being a transparent floating squid in a clown mask to…well, THIS…come on, what ELSE would you call it?

(*And to think, that show aired before this term was even fashionable.)

Anyway, the idea for this picture came to me in a flash of inspiration, when I had to be reminded that this character actually existed. And isn't what this "Lesser-Known Ladies" series of pictures is all about? Sure, the obvious culprits to point the finger at why she was forgotten are time (this show IS over 20 years old, after all) or that absolutely ludicrous spinoff, "Xiaolin Chronicles" (which people actively went out of their way to forget). But a less noticeable, yet just as significant offender is just Wuya's overall treatment on the show, as a whole. She went from being the promise of the show's Big Bad, to actually fulfilling that promise for all of five minutes, and then, basically being reduced to eye candy while other (some arguably less deserving) villains were placed front and center. In the end, it's not hard to see why her character doesn't have a lot of longevity in people's minds.

Anyway, I'm pleased with how everything turned out. I'm even glad I went the extra mile to throw in the flame effects. It really makes the picture pop, in my opinion). Though it has got to be said, I have never had the pencil work for a picture give me as much grief as this one did. Normally, when I do the initial pencil drawing, things just tend to flow. But THIS picture, for some reason, just fought me every step of the way. You really had to see it to believe it.

Oh well, at least you get to see this. Hopefully, you find this vision to your liking of another character who really deserved more attention than she got. And as usual, comments are always welcome. And yes, there is a NSFW version out there for those in the know.

As anyone who follows me on DeviantArt might be aware, I've been having difficulties with my computer at the time of this posting, mostly revolving around complications getting it to turn on.  Since this means I'll most likely be needing a new computer soon, I was unsure whether I'd be posting this week. Fortunately, today is one of the few days it actually decided to cooperate with me.  And since I don't know how many more lucky breaks I'm going to get between now and when I finally manage to get it replaced, I decided to jump right on getting a picture ready to go, no matter how late I found myself staying up. This picture is actually a suggestion from a more recent fan, who was curious about a scene between Queen Tyr'Ahnee from Duck Dodgers and Invader Zim.  In this scene, Zim is attempting to implement one of his schemes which apparently involves brokering an alliance with Mars.  However, when it comes to diplomacy, there are ways to do things and there are ways to NOT do things. Guess which one THIS is? The look on the Queen's face says it all, I think.  She may not know how these two idiots got in, but she knows EXACTLY how they're GOING OUT. All in all, I'm happy with this piece.  Just having so many characters on the page made it a bit of a larger project, but I'm glad I got it done. Like my previous pic of Chel, Queen Tyr'Ahnee is one of those women that I think everyone kind of wants to draw at least once. Of course, those familiar with my NSFW content will know that I've actually drawn her more than once.  Anyway, hope everyone else likes what they see.  And as always, any comments are appreciated.
