Hey! I enjoy reading your fanfics and hcs, so I'm here to request something (I apologize if you aren't taking requests). Could you do the Ericson kids with a fem (or gender neutral) reader that's like really frustrated at the moment?

Let's say raiders invaded, and one of them snook up behind reader and attacked her. It wasn't provoked at ALL! Ever since y/n has been upset/pissed off a lot. Maybe they could calm down/reassure Reader that she'll get her lick back if they ever cross paths again.

(This is heavily inspired off of my own experiences. Hope I worded this right😭)

honestly one of the most understanding of the group because she knows what it's like

wouldn't reassure you that you can get revenge, i think she's more likely to tell you the risk if you tried to get them back for it

if they really hurt you though she might tell you to get them back for it

or just do it herself

makes sure that person never messes with you again

when she gets to the boat once she gets done with saving louis/violet she tries to find the person who hurt you

overall pretty protective but also knows that getting revenge doesn't always work out how you want it to

LOUIS

like we saw after aj shot marlon, i think he'd be really mad at the person who did it

probably wouldn't think twice about telling you to get revenge😭 (love him but he's pretty quick to do things before thinking them over first)

would reassure you that they'll get what they deserve

if/when he gets kidnapped by the raiders he'd be even more pissed off and would just talk the persons ear off the whole time he's in the cell

if anyone else tries bringing it up to him he'd get annoyed and tell them they don't know anything (unless they're agreeing w him)

overall i think he'd be really pissed off but knows it's a big risk to try and get them back for what they did to you

the maddest one of them all😭

immediately tries to get revenge while they're still there

reassures you nonstop that you'll get revenge for what they did to you

if anyone else tries telling him or you not to get them back he will 100% tell them off

won't hesitate to defend your choices on what to do to them

doesn't think twice about getting revenge on them even if everyone tries telling him it's a really bad idea

really only gets nervous about the risk when he thinks about if it'll harm you

the most against revenge out of them all

will be upset about it but doesn't want you to get revenge on them

best believe he's writing about it in his journal though😭

if you're really adamant on revenge he wouldn't really try to stop you

you were always known as a tough kid at blackwell. and to be fair, that’s what it seemed like. you were pretty distant from everyone and never really had any close friends, or any friends at all, really.

you had dabbled in a few fights here and there, obviously winning each one, and most people either hated you or were afraid of you.

in the privacy of your own dorm, you were pretty nerdy. of course you never expressed this, partly because you didn’t want to be bullied and partly to keep up your bully facade.

you had just finished your last period of the day. the teacher had let you out early, due to some work that needed to be graded and other teacher things.

you walked out of the classroom and into the near-empty hallway, nothing could be heard but your own breathing and footsteps. until you turned the corner, that was.

victoria and courtney were huddled around a girl. you thought that you had recognized her, maybe from a class or a party or something of those sorts. you stood behind the wall, listening in on their conversation.

you kept hearing victoria and courtney taunting her, and so you finally turned around the corner. you made your presence very clear by telling victoria and courtney to back off. they immediately scurried away.

you walked over to the girl. she looked over at you, she looked pretty upset.

“are you ok?”

“yeah, i’m fine. just… victoria being herself!”

the girl giggled sarcastically, and you followed. you held out your hand to shake hers.

“i’m kate, by the way…”

you nodded and smiled at her softly. she was one of the first people that didn’t immediately notice want to engage in a conversation with you.

after that, you guys started to get to know one another better. you started hanging out a lot more, and once people started noticing this, the taunting and bullying towards kate had just stopped.

you guys hung out in each others dorms a lot, just talking. you eventually started talking about your interests, which you had never done before. she actually listened, and talked about them with you.

she was your first real friend, and despite rumors and bullying, you guys trusted each other no matter what.

but eventually he might be decent at it

I’m still so pissed and sad that there’ll never be another season of PAPER GIRLS. It legit was one of the series I most enjoyed in all of 2022.

It didn’t have the best visual effects, it wasn’t prestigious or anything. But it had great characters, a good story, and many really touching moments. And god, the cast for the main girls acted the shit out of those comic book characters, and they made me care about what happened to them.

But Amazon never believed in that show. They barely advertised it at all. And then they just unceremoniously dropped it.

Fucking sucks.

At least there’s still the collected edition of the comics, but still. Damn. It sucks SO hard.

Hi! Sorry I didn’t reply to this sooner, I’ve been busy😚And I’m pretty sure hard of hearing isn’t deaf, so I’m going to write it as if reader isn’t deaf but if I’m wrong please correct me and I’ll rewrite it!! Hope you enjoy!:) Sorry it’s short

When he first meets you, Marlon is a little surprised that you survived this long while being hard of hearing

He thinks you’re even more badass because of it though

If anyone gives you a hard time, he’ll deal with them

When you guys are on runs and have to navigate through a herd he’ll find a way to do it without it being yelling or making noise

If you need something to hear easier he will make it for you or get someone else to

Like Marlon, Louis thinks you’re very cool

He will make you hearing aids/find some so that you can listen to him playing the piano

And he will teach you too, if you want him to

If you don’t use hearing aids, he’ll play the piano for you and tell you to feel the vibrations through it so it can still be like you’re listening to it

On runs he will stay by your side to make sure you won’t get hurt if it’s just you two

Violet thinks you are so badass and awesome

Like Louis, she will make you/find you hearing aids so you can listen to her sing

She’ll try to teach you how to sing

But depending on how good you are she might not😭

If you two are on a run together she’ll be by your side the entire time

Aasim probably spaces out a lot too

Louis x Reader

Last night felt like dream. A bad dream, a nightmare. But this nightmare never seemed to stop, as the death of Marlon still lingered freshly in your mind.

It was like you could still hear it, the gunshot that killed your brother.

Of course, the entire group was shaken up over their leaders death, but Marlon was your brother. You’d spent almost your entire life with him. You knew each other in a way others didn’t understand.

The new girl, Clementine, you knew wasn’t to blame for his death. It was A.J. who had shot Marlon, not her. But knowing she had been partly the reason why he died, and knowing she had told A.J. that he did the right thing was what made you vote to kick them out.

It was now around lunchtime, but you couldn’t bring yourself to eat.

You went inside, sitting on your bed and closing your eyes. You began crying, sobbing so loudly anyone could hear if they walked by.

Much to your dismay, someone did. That someone was Louis.

“I’m sorry.”

His sudden words caused you to stop crying. You looked up at him with bloodshot eyes.

“I think I should leave. I’ll let you…calm down.”

He began walking out of the room.

“Wait,”

He turned around, looking at you with a confused face.

“Stay, please. I don’t want to be alone. Not more than I am already.”

Silently, he sat next to you.

“I want them to leave as soon as possible. I can’t bare looking at their faces anymore.” Louis said quietly.

You hummed in response.

“I-I know I didn’t know him like you did. But, I knew him pretty well. I was his best-friend.”

You looked up at him, nodding your head.

He smiled, not a happy smile, but more of a sympathetic smile.

He wrapped an arm around you, hugging you while you cried.

“It’ll be ok.”
