The thing that got me fucked up the most about the special is that the gang was literally Kenny's family.

All of them have rocky house lives, but Kenny undoubtedly has it the worst, he doesn't have a paternal figure he can trust with issues, Kyle, Cartman and Stan filled that role. Besides his sister, Kenny doesn't have much, from all the kids, he's the one that is shown to socialize with everyone the least.

My hope is that he gets more interactions with "the other guys", keeping in mind some canon proof, I feel like Craig wouldn't mind hanging out with him.
