BODY IMAGE 💥 Today I am proud and grateful for everything my body has done and continues to do for me. However, after two babies, one c-section and other wacky changes to my body since becoming a mama, I’m finding it far too easy lately to look in the mirror and pick out all the flaws and bits I hate. Or play the comparison game between myself and someone else who has not yet had babies or experienced such drastic physical changes. Today, being a fresh season, I challenge you to swap your thinking too 💭 We are given one shell, one home to carry us through life 🐚 You can either hate it, punish it, tell it it’s not good enough, or you can nurture it, fuel it, nourish it, move it and appreciate everything it IS 🌿 Our bodies can walk, run, dance, laugh, love and create life. There’s really nothing more beautiful am I right? How we ‘look’ physically, is fleeting and will continually evolve and change with the seasons of our lives. One thing should remain the same and that’s the respect and adoration we give to ourselves. What other people might think about your body, or what YOU THINK other people might think about your body is not the truth. All that matters is how you view, respect and love yourself. Last weeks of being 2 🌸 We might be biased but we reckon we’ve made the most beautiful, happiest & sassiest little soul you’ll ever know 🌻 She loves to sing, dance and get creative, but equally, loves to play in the dirt, in the trees, kick a ball around and get messy. Nothing stops this girl from trying something new. She’s sweet and caring, a little thinker, a helper, a chatterbox, a hugger and kisser, independent af and can throw a MIGHTY good tanty 🎉 The most outgoing, strong-willed, sure-of-herself kiddo around. I honestly never want this age to end 💕🍭 This last year I’ve felt most connected to her and that’s kinda spesh for a mama.
