this is the second time this week that i eat and shortly after my stomach hurts, im nauseous, im hot, and im shaky . literally what that mean

i’ve always wondered why ppl hurt themselves not in a judgmental way or anything just pure curiosity, like how do you get the urge to do so? i hate pain so i can’t imagine seeking it out
